Taco Restaurants near Port Wentworth

“First time visit, I walked across the street from the truckstop. Not very many people, but a few took some to go orders that were pretty big. I ordered a grilled shrimp, salad, and a small order of queso and chips. It took about 20 minutes to get my food. Put on a tray my salad was in a stainless steel bowl, and my chips in queso , it was in a basket lined with a paper. I guess there was about 10 shrimp on my salad, small amount of tiny, shredded cheese, and shredded lettuce, thought you could tell came from a bag because I could taste and smell the preservatives. I have very very small, minced tomatoes. I ordered an onions and was told when I ordered, they had no guacamole, because I didn’t make it yet….When I ordered the avocado ranch dressing, and as my meal was being prepared, I was told they had no avocado ranch dressing. I was told that the tips were probably hot because they just made them, and they were delicious, and the queso was very good also. I was satisfied with my meal, I looked at the prices up on the board when I was charged, the salad came out instead of $8.99it was $9.29. Never been to a taco place that had a bar, which did have a two people there , noticed that they both had one drink and then left. The cashier/bartender was in and out the back door smoking when she didn’t have anybody to take care of one time she went out for about five minutes, she came back with her son, who sat at a table she worked . It’s a nice place. Karaoke on Wednesday nights with$3.00 draft beer!! What a deal!! but I won’t be staying for that! “We went here based on the excellent reviews that I read. I was sure the reviews would not hold up as I have been looking for some good Mexican food since moving here almost 2 years ago. I was happily proved wrong. This food is nothing short of amazing! We went with another couple and we all ordered additional food after finishing our original order, it was that good! The service was fast, the employees were friendly, the restaurant was clean, the prices are very reasonable but it was the food that hooked me, it was just incredible! We were here on a Saturday afternoon and they had a line to the door at 4:20. That right there should tell you how good it is. I will be frequenting this restaurant whenever I'm in the area.“

“Looking for some awesome Mexican food? Flacos is top notch every time. I placed an order online. It was super easy and was ready when I got there. The birria tacos is ! The beef is super flavorful and the dipping sauce is perfection. Their jamaica is one of the best I've ever tasted! I could seriously drink gallons of it. My husband loves the chicken tacos. The absolute best thing on their menu is the street corn! This location does have indoor seating, but it's nothing fancy.“

“Great spot for unique and delicious tacos. We went on Monday night when they had $5 margaritas. The tacos came out fast and the margaritas were not weak! Our server was friendly and quick to respond to us. The place did fill up fast after we got there. Highly recommend and would go back for sure!“

“Good tacos and very casual atmosphere. We sat outside on their nice covered patio. The chips and salsa arrived quickly. The salsa was great, not too spicy. We ordered queso and then some street tacos. Everything tasted great and was prepared as the menu stated. I would recommend!“

“WOW. I usually order the flacos special or the breakfast chorizo burrito. However, this time I got the California burrito. Without a shadow of a doubt this was the best burrito I have ever had in my life. It’s not even a contest. I love spice so I got it with the big boy sauce. Good job Carlos! “Enjoyed a good burger, quiet atmosphere, fast service. Sat inside but large garage type door made it feel like patio dining without car noise. Just steps away from crowds on River Street which is what we wanted. Only 4 stars because fries were just OK. Would definitely go back again.“

“Menu is clearly labeled for vegan options and many to choose from. I had the Tiger Tofu quesadilla and it was delightful, slightly sweet marinade to the tofu. The vegan tater tot nachos were a pleasant surprise. We all enjoyed them. My wife had the walnut chorizo burrito and daughter had the tofu salad. We will be back, great vegan options.“
