When we walked it the place looked and smelled clean. Our waitress cleaned tables soon as guests left. None of the staff looked ragged or like they were on something. I just knew the food was gonna be bad lol. I was pleasantly surprised that everything we ordered was good. The eggs were best in my opinion. The waffles a a little egg shells in but that just let me know they actually make the batter and not just add water. Would definitely come back.

I entered the place, said hello and no employee wanted to assist me, I left immediately, the worst of all is that there were only 3 customers, the employees were busier in conversations with each other than serving the customer. I'm a truck driver and I frequently eat food from Waffle House, but this one is different, they have the wrong staff.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience at the Waffle House located across from a hotel in Georgia. On the evening of [specific date], my partner and I decided to dine at your restaurant as it was one of the few places open late, and we preferred not to eat in our hotel room.During our visit, we encountered several issues with the service. Our waitress forgot my waffle order three times, despite bringing syrup and butter to the table. She proceeded to serve other customers and, when she returned, asked if we needed anything else. I reminded her about the waffles, to which she responded with surprise, indicating she had forgotten them yet again.The food quality was mediocre, with the eggs being the only item I found satisfactory. However, the primary concern arose when we stood up to leave. Both my partner and I discovered white spots on the back of our clothing. A waitress admitted that these spots were caused by bleach from a recently cleaned area where we had been seated. Despite acknowledging this mistake, the only compensation offered was to remove the cost of one waffle from our bill.Given the inconvenience and damage caused to our clothing, we were too exhausted to argue and returned to our hotel to shower and rest.I believe this situation warrants a more appropriate resolution. After a long day in Port Wentworth, Georgia, I decided to try Waffle House for the first time at 11:30 PM. The strong smell of bleach was overwhelming, but I stayed optimistic. After a mix-up with my waffle order, I finally finished my meal. As I got up to leave, a woman pointed out white spots on the back of my dress! A waitress admitted it was from their spray bottle. They apologized but only took the waffles off my bill. Definitely my last visit! I'm a social media influencer and I have already posted this to my hundreds of thousands of fans. This experience and the lack of responsibility. To really address what happened to me?It's just appalling. My Videographer shirt was also Ruined I have attached pictures of all of this.
