Need to train the cooks better. The waffle wasn't done, the asked for crispy hashbrowns weren't crispy, and the over easy eggs were overly snotty. Kind of gross but I dont send food back. I dont like boogers or whatever they do to send backs. The waiter was super nice and it would have been a nice visit if the food was prepared with any knowledge of how to.

I don't understand how are you a 24-hour service, but tell me you're not taking orders for dine in or to go orders at 1:45am & there werent many customers inside. I went to the Rincon location & they are backed up with only 2 workers and the wait time was long so I went back home.

Been to #769 a few times between 0200hrs & 0400hrs. & they were closed. Though 2-3 customers were in the restaurant along with 4 employees. Reason for closing was cleaning.
