The drive thru was a 15 wait at the window and the food was overcooked or cooked in old oil. Terrible experience!

Worst wendys on earth. Poor customer service rude employees I’ve tried to go three times now waiting 10+ minutes at the microphone they will say just a minute then never answer again I drive up to the window to find three employees on their phones and playing around.
Very long wait for our order, and spicy chicken samdwich was awful.
5/16/25 I really try to be fair in reviews, but Wendy's Port Wentworth was not a win today. Around 1pm for lunch. Soft drink self- serve was out of Coke and Diet Coke. Just carbonated water. Apparently, the Coke people had been called. The server did get me a diet Coke and refill at the counter. Wendy's wants you to order through the kiosk. Just wasn't in the mood today, so they did take my order at the counter.
Chicken nuggets looked like, and tasted like, they had been through the fryer twice. The baked potato tasted and smelled leftover.
The spicy chicken sandwich was good.
There was a wait, but they were busy today; however, with about seven employees they were still slow... partly because there was a loud discussion behind the counter between employees and how to work some machine.
The tables were being cleaned as were there and floors mopped. That's good, except the person doing that scooted and scraped chairs and tables as she cleaned. Almost like finger nails on a chalk board. There is a way to move chairs and tables without so much noise.
The tea urns were barely readable. Got unsweetened tea first go, because of the lack of clear labels.
This isn't the first time we've had iffy food and service. It's just handy due to being close to the grocery store.
Just a disappointing experience today, especially while watching customer after customer try to get a cup of Coke and none there.

We waited forever for our food, when we got it it wasn't made right, the nuggets were 2 hours or more old, and we had to argue with an employee just to get lemonade, this place sucks, we do not recommend
We are on our Way to a baseball tournament in Savannah we have been driving for 3 1/2 hours and decided to stop at this location to get some supper. It was my husband, my 13-year-old son and myself. When we got to the back of the drive-through there were two employees smoking weed. We Smelled just like what they were smoking because our windows were down as we were ordering, even though I tried to keep rolling them back up. When we got to the window The manager, Crystal took our payment gave us our drinks, and told us to have a nice day, and slammed the window and walked away. This very nice lady who was working there open the window and gave us our food and apologized for her Manager’s behavior and let us know that her manager thought we were high because we smell like weed, I took great offense to this because I have a restaurant and besides that my husband is a judge, we do not smoke weed. We do not even drink alcohol. I wanted to take this to social media because it was so funny, just that my friends would laugh, because. But I wanna give y’all a chance to fix it. I hope you at least talk to Crystal and let her know that had she known where her team members were she would’ve known they were the ones smoking weed back there and that’s why her patrons were smelling like it and it’s very rude to slam the window in someone’s face for no reason. I actually had a team member from Wendy’s nationally recognized for defending his staff in Valdosta Georgia. It’s on LinkedIn and it went viral; all the people thanked me for that post. I hate to have to go back to them and tell them that had a bad experience I hope you fix this
I was traveling through with my pack and my puppy(hitchhiking) and a couple of employees were really helpful and kind that day. I really appreciate their help
Disgusting, took forever, was only able to take one bite of the son of baconator. Almost threw it up. So disappointing.
I stopped by tonight to grab some food on my way home from work. I had the pleasure of ordering from Ms. Angela and she was so sweet and kind. I got up to the window and watched as Angela worked her tail off making sure everything was made correctly. It looked like she was running the whole place by herself! She absolutely deserves a big raise and lots of praise! She was absolutely wonderful. I appreciate her kindness and hard work!

Absolutely mind blowing on how incredibly rude and lost and confused their staff is I'm traveling and I've been there twice now and extremely disappointed stores like this one are what gives fast food place a bad reputation
Slow on a Saturday. I went into the restaurant around 2:00 on a Saturday. It was a minimum of eight people working in the back. I ordered two regular son of a baconators....it took them over 15 minutes to make them. Definitely not fast food. I got a refund and left.
Does anyone own this particular location? If so, check the cam footage on Saturday around 2pm in the drive through to see how many customers were lost to slow service.
