This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. There have been numerous times I have went through the drive thru at night and they are ALWAYS OUT of chili, potatoes and frosty's! Of all things! The frosty is what made them famous and their machine is either broken or they are out of frosty.

Great Crew! My only complaint is the lack of Parmesan Garlic Sauce. This location very limited to 4 types of Honey BBQ. I have been to many Wendy's in many states. First time not having the same same sauces. I was so looking forward, as I don't get the chance to go often.

Staff was polite, however... out of chili, told water contaminated so they didn't have any strawberry lemonade, didn't include sauce ordered, most of the tables were dirty, Dr Pepper out, Coke was like colored water, etc. I was disappointed. Should have asked for a refund on the entire order. Hope it is not normally like this here.

I would give them zero stars . Everything was nasty not clean at all all straws out drink was plain and haven’t been changed at all . Food took way to long was missing food and everything was cold .Never will come here again

The floor was so greasy dirty that our feet were sliding around on it. We walked out. Who could trust food in a place that dirty???

Always something wrong. The worst Wendy's in the area. Most recently the speaker was broken and it took them 20 mins too do one order. If it's not something broken, they are always rude.
The drive-thru service was a lot better than the Victory Drive location and MLK Jr. Blvd locations. My hamburger was fresh, not sloppy. I did ask for no pickles. However, Wendy's french fries are disgusting. They taste like cardboard especially when they get cold. I forgot how much I hate its new fries. They are truly awful. I thought Chick-fil-A's new waffle fries were untasteful. These fries are at the bottom of my list. Wendy's locations in Savannah and surrounding areas are hit and miss. It's so disheartening but this fast food restaurant was the best for juicy burgers. As previously stated, service was fast and prompt.

We stopped here for breakfast on a road trip down to Disney. The Wendy's was very clean, everyone was super nice, and the food was hot and delicious! The location was right off the highway which was super nice. Most people dont think of Wendy's for breakfast, but give it a try. I definitely recommend the egg sandwiches on a biscuit!!

I went to the Port Wentworth Wendy's to get a cobb salad for lunch. Unfortunately, I didn't check my salad until I got home. I was charged full price for half the normal portion and there were items missing from the salad. Normally there's a mix of spring mix and romaine lettuce and the cobb includes bacon. The bacon is part of what makes it a COBB SALAD. I understand prices have gone up on things, but to go down to half the normal portion and leaving off the bacon is unacceptable. I tried to call to talk to the manager about it but no one answered.

Staying in the area for the night. Had been in car all day so walked to Wendys for dinner. Had to order from kiosk, no one was running the register. Kiosk had a sign that said no sandwich lettuce. I ordered an apple pecan salad. While we were waiting for rest of food ordered, one of the workers said we have no vinaigrette or pecans so I asked for a cobb instead. I would have rather had a refund but I'm sure that would have been impossible. Many of the sodas were unavailable. I heard a worker tell another customer they had no potatoes. I do not recommend this Wendy's.
