This is our go-to fresh seafood place although it’s about a 25 minute ride depending on traffic. People there are awesome and the specials they run are incredible. We mainly buy their head-on shrimp 10-20 lbs at a time. Always “off the boat”. No farm-raised shrimp here👍

I ordered a half a dozen crab and a dozen and a half of shrimp they could not get my shrimp order correct for anything it took them four tries and then I had to advise the individual that helped me how the transaction went when I placed my order I don't think they knew that I knew what a pound and a half of shrimp should be

I Paid $27 for some can of claw crab meat that smelled like straight ammonia so obviously it comes from overseas or is just bad. I talk to them on the phone was told I can replace it, I drove 20 miles to bring it back they didn’t have a fresh claw can so I had to get store credit or pay more for a different can. I’m already driving 20 miles 1 way 40 miles round trip so why do I have to pay extra is what I asked the owner it’s their policy she said. So customer time, complaint or money means nothing. Anytime a customer has a bad experience and is inconvenienced it should be some type of compensation even if it was to waive the difference which was $11 because they didn’t have what I originally bought. I’m very disappointed and this maybe my last time shopping here due to me not feeling appreciated as a customer and knowing that they sell bad products as fresh. 😤😡

The food might look good, but customer service is absolutely trash. I called with a simple question about the menu and the woman who answered had the nastiest attitude for no reason. If this is how y’all treat paying customers, y’all can keep it. Won’t ever get a dime from me. Do better.

Called when they opened, we put in a large order and asked for it to be ready at 4, we got there at 3:45 and it was ready! We will order from here again.
I called and asked if they had blue crabs and was told yes and that I needed to place my order. I asked for a dozen and a half of LARGE male crabs. I arrived at Woods Seafood and asked for my order with my name. It took the young lady about 10 minutes to find my order. I wanted fish and asked for them to filet it only to be told that they didn't filet fish because they didn't know how 🤔 When I got home to cook my crabs, to my disappointment, there was nothing LARGE about the crabs I received (the weren't even as big as my hand) and most of them were very light with no meat at all.
Needless to say, Woods was a one and done for me!

This place is unorganized and they display NO customer service. This is the second time I placed an order and arrived and it wasn’t ready. This time they told us to come back in an hour and when I came back they didn’t have a record of my order. No 10% off no nothing. Only oh well, you want it or you don’t! Un freakin believable.
