Awful service. I was skipped over, ignored for over an hour with my kids, and given attitude when I asked for help. Never coming back I’ll stick with the other location that actually cares.

I came to Wood’s on 11/5/25 about 5:19 pm and ordered LIVE Large males. I live almost 2 hrs away without traffic. Well I get home to my surprise they were cooked and I only had 1 Large Male. I tried calling on repeat but no one answered. Normally I would wait until I reach establishment but the young man at the register didn’t give a receipt. I will gladly pull this review down if this is made right. I will be calling soon in the morning. ☹️

This place is always crowded, so I decided to check them out. The young man that helped me yesterday put my cooked crabs in a brown paper bag. I thought they should at least come in some sort of tray. I had already paid or else I would've left them right at the store.

Went in this afternoon to get some blue crabs, upon me entering staff was a having a conversation and ignored the fact that two customers was standing there waiting to be service, it took me to break their conversation and ask did they have any crabs which the women with the buck teeth at the front desk answered “yeah” so she proceeds to go and get my “large” males which by the way was not and as I’m looking at my crabs she is rushing the total to me. I chose to keep them but you will never get my service again and maybe you all should take some customer service classes. Last but not least I was shorted $10. My total was 68.40 and I gave $100 you do the math

They are always nice. Crabs and oysters are reasonable price and quality.

This is our go-to fresh seafood place although it’s about a 25 minute ride depending on traffic. People there are awesome and the specials they run are incredible. We mainly buy their head-on shrimp 10-20 lbs at a time. Always “off the boat”. No farm-raised shrimp here👍

I ordered a half a dozen crab and a dozen and a half of shrimp they could not get my shrimp order correct for anything it took them four tries and then I had to advise the individual that helped me how the transaction went when I placed my order I don't think they knew that I knew what a pound and a half of shrimp should be
