Great spot for chicken lovers! Everything was cooked well and came out fast. Staff greeted me with a smile and checked to make sure I had everything I needed. Definitely worth five stars

They were slow to take my order, there were not many cars in the drive thru. I ordered a grilled Cobb salad, a large fry and a large strawberry lemonade, what I got was a plate of salad that looked like it was thrown on the plate with two pieces of chicken(not cut up) and a large lemon juice. The fries were fine. You can rest assured that I will never go to your restaurant again.

Just ordered a Cobb salad. Got home after working a 12 hour shift and there’s a salad with no chicken fingers!!!!! Call the so called manager and she says let her review the tapes and she will call me back. No call back yet!! Absolutely ridiculous to pay this amount of money for such shitty service.

I placed an order through Uber Eats for Wings and Things but didn’t receive fries or Zax sauce. When I called to advise, they said there is nothing they can do. They said it showed I was replacing fries with toast. If that was the case, they would’ve provided extra toast and no fries but didn’t. I was willing to show them the receipt but they didn’t want to see it and said nothing they can do. The receipt correctly showed everything including the sauces selected Terrible service. $30 down the drain.

Service around noon was slow, we got ignored for a while so the cashier could help with training of the woman behind the counter. The food was delicious and the lemon pepper is my new second favorite behind the nuclear tenders. The inside was dirty and tables hadn't been cleaned. The accuracy was off because they forgot some items but the taste was still good.

Tried the new quesadilla. Really good. I will order it again. The young man who waited on us was excellent. The restaurant was really busy (lots of cars lined up) He was very efficient and very polite.

Order was incorrect and they didn’t give zaxbys sauce like usual. The manager was very nice and friendly. As soon as I came in to correct my order he went over it with me and advised staff to correct it. The staff wasn’t very friendly though.
