The food was disgusting. Figured it would be better than the other resturants around there off of 95 with a drive through but nope. Old fries, haphazard sandwich that was too salty, nasty salad... The visiting manager seemed very apologetic... practically admitting this place needs work.

Horrible attitudes. They barely do things right the first time and get attitudes with you when you ask them to correct it & they still don’t fix your order right.

Do not eat here!!! We were at the drive thru window December 20 at 5p. The girl at the drive thru window was extremely rude and to make matters worse, the food was extremely salty. Do better.

I couldn’t make a second one so I’m adding to this one. Lem and Isaiah were also awesome. I will forever go inside this zaxbys because the atmosphere and hospitality is so above and beyond!

Literally no lemon pepper seasoning on my wings and was supposed “Go Big” on drink and fries but only got a large drink .

I recently visited the Zaxby's in Port Wentworth and had a great experience! I went through the drive-thru, and the service was super quick—only about 20 seconds of waiting! When I realized I needed ketchup, I mentioned to the worker who brought out my food that i was going to park then go inside to get it. I parked and was about to head inside, but before I could even get out of my truck, he came out with the ketchup for me. That kind of thoughtful service really made my day. Definitely a great location with friendly staff!

Worst service I’ve ever had the misfortune of going to. Drive thru worker Alexa W (that’s what was on my receipt) was rude and aggressive with me from the beginning.

When I pulled up I was greeted with a “what do you want” rather than semi normal greeting. I misspoke and asked for extra buffalo on my sandwich and she responded with the word and no other response.
When I got to the window she yanked the card out of my hand with no total, swiped it and shoved it back into my hand. When I asked for a receipt, she rolled her eyes and shoved it in my hand.

I have been in customer service for 15 years and I understand that it can get frustrating but there is absolutely a point not to get past. I am still waiting for my food 10 minutes later.

Great spot for chicken lovers! Everything was cooked well and came out fast. Staff greeted me with a smile and checked to make sure I had everything I needed. Definitely worth five stars

They were slow to take my order, there were not many cars in the drive thru. I ordered a grilled Cobb salad, a large fry and a large strawberry lemonade, what I got was a plate of salad that looked like it was thrown on the plate with two pieces of chicken(not cut up) and a large lemon juice. The fries were fine. You can rest assured that I will never go to your restaurant again.

Just ordered a Cobb salad. Got home after working a 12 hour shift and there’s a salad with no chicken fingers!!!!! Call the so called manager and she says let her review the tapes and she will call me back. No call back yet!! Absolutely ridiculous to pay this amount of money for such shitty service.
