Absolutely awful there inside was still open based upon hours but both doors were locked and i knocked and they ignored me, making picking up my order inside luke the app stated impossible

I ordered a box of cherry dilly bars twice, but they just kept sending the chocolate ones. If you don’t have what I ordered, please just cancel it. Why send the wrong items?

I tried to get a meal at 830pm, they close at 900pm, doors locked.

I don’t understand why app orders have to come inside and sign? It’s bizarre and I’ll avoid this location in the future.

Just went through the drive thru where I ordered a cheeseburger with just mustard and cheese only with fries and a soda. The burger had everything on it so I took it back and they just took the patty from the incorrect burger and put on a new cold bun with an unmelted cheese slice. I hope the owner/manager sees this because this lack of quality will cost you business.

Closes store before closing time.

This place has always been very good, but the last two visits was not the best. Mostly young people working inside, no hairnets on the long braided hair swinging around the food and no gloves worn while preparing dairy treats TOUCHING THE BOTTOM OF THE ICE CREAM CONES WITH BARE FINGERS NOT BY THE SLEEVE! My Blizzard poured out like a melted milkshake. They corrected it but with less than friendly faces while doing it. I'll change my review to better once I see it, but for now I'll just not visit here for awhile.

I came by on Tuesday October 22nd in the afternoon. I went to the drive thru and asked for a strawberry sundae. I asked for cheesecake bites to be added to the sundae. And I was told that they weren’t able to do that.

I told them that I ALWAYS ask for it this way and I was willing to PAY extra for it. I didn’t want the cheesecake bites for free- I was willing to pay for it.

The guy on the drive thru asked the manager three times and she said it was not possible, so we left.

I drove to the Dairy Queen in Douglasville and ordered the same thing and they gave me my order.

Again, I’m not sure why it was an issue with the manager in Powder Springs. Who knows, either way I do not recommend.

Your online hours need to be updated. It says 9pm inside & DT 10pm. We went a few minutes before 8, people were coming out & they saw us coming in as the doors were still unlocked. We got inside & the worker at the counter said we are closed.

Rude-
Last night on 9/19/2024, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a medium blizzard and onion rings. It was until I got home that I realized I didn’t get my onion rings. So I looked the number up to call and by that time they were closed so I waited until this morning 9/20/2024 to try and call when they opened to see how I can be compensated and no one answered. I tried calling two more times a few minutes ago And I finally got an answer. This really rude and disrespectful lady answered and kept getting smart when I was treating her with nothing but respect. I explained the situation and she immediately said “well you should’ve called that manager last night” . I said “yall were closed”. Then I proceeded to ask how can I go about that? She gone say “I already told you what you needed to do. You should’ve called the manager last night. Her customer service SUCKS!!! Those bad vibes even through the phone are CONTAGIOUS! Zero stars I DO NOT recommend! Thank you. Update:

I was cordial and that option was NEVER offered. Thank you.
