Domino's Pizza

Now, I’ve been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt because I believe that they might be short staffed (sometimes you’re waiting over an hour/ hour & a half for delivery). But they delivered my pizza with BURNT PEPPERONI’s. This means that the staff looked at the pizza, did a “quality check”, and thought that this was okay. I am done with this location.

I waited my food for 20 minutes and when I went in after the the time was done they extended it for another 15 minutes and I saw no gloves on and they got my order wrong. I opened it right there and he wasn't gonna tell me till I opened it. This place is horrible.

Horrible customer service I ordered my food at 530 got my food at 7 it was cold and when I called the store theman who answered was extremely rude

Waiting on my 2 pizzas for about 2 hours and they get here then it’s completely wrong like entirely and I try to call them and no one answers sitting her in the phone waiting for 20 mins or so then it just hung up

Tried this place again and it was a horrible mistake never even receive my food and they can’t even be asked to pick up the phone going to give em a pizza coupon that doesn’t cover what I paid for the tip or delivery fee like this is ridiculous

Ms Tommie worked by herself this morning! She was so nice. She took her time and explained she was the only one who came to work today. It’s unfortunate nobody else there to help her. She was great! I hope somebody else shows up to work today.

WHERE IS MY DANG PIZZA? It's been over an hour and there's absolutely no progress on tracking app, and NO WAY to get in touch with ANYONE from the store. I ordered over 2 hours ago and the delivery window keeps getting further and further away. Also I''m 9 MONTHS PREGNANT and hungry. Drake... you're the manager right? WHERE ARE YOU MAN??

Caught lil bro touching the dough, then touched the monitor and other components then came back to the dough without washing his hands…..

This dominos is terrible, they always forget something or bring the wrong order, not to mention how you have to order a day prior if you wanna eat on time because of how long it takes for the delivery, and the coke always somehow gets here warm, never ordering for this dominos again!

Thank you to everyone who worked last night 12/06/2025 it was a big game night SEC Championship I think everyone in powder springs ordered pizza last night they were slammed but the entire crew remained calm and filled the orders as smooth and efficient as possible they deserve a bonus for the amount of pizza and people they had going on the pizza was excellent as always and I just wanted to say thank you Dominoes on austell/powder springs rd. Worst Dominos I have ever dealt with! Haven't ordered from them in months due to a previous horror show of late delivery! Tried them again tonight and ordered at 5:30. Estimated delivery was 6:15 to 6:33. Okay, so maybe they were busy. 7:00 rolls around and I call to here my order is just getting prepped! Wait to speak to someone and they say it is late due to lack of drivers! Are they not a pizza delivery company and why did the online meter tell me it was done an hour ago!? I will never order Domino's again!

Horrible customer service. Childish workers hanging up the phone when trying to get eta on delivery ended canceling order. Not worth wasting your time.

This location is awful and can’t get orders done in the time promised. If it says 22-32 minute, expect to wait almost 2 hours for a carry out order. Needs new management as workers were quitting while customers were waiting on food.

1 hour and 40 minutes and order is still not ready, although they’ve marked it as ready in app to fudge their numbers. Workers started quitting while waiting on pizza.

So we placed a delivery order for our group staying at a nearby hotel. The delivery window showed as 30-45 minutes, no problem. The pizzas showed up luke warm and an hour and 45 minutes after we ordered. If you’re hoping for an on time delivery, skip this place.
