Terrible experience at this place. The man working there was very rude. The food was undercooked and overall terrible service. We will never go back.
Tamale was okay except one piece of Chicken. Ordered the wrong Empandas plant, but didn't taste right.

They don't take cash on weekends. We ordered fish and it wasn't cleaned and on top of that they charged us for it bc they said they couldn't do voids(it was written on a piece of paper) i refused to pay for something that was not eaten. The salsas were watered down. And when we returned the fish the staff in the kitchen were talking bad and cursing. I will never go back.

First of all, this restaurant closes at 8pm. I worked in a restaurant while I was in college and I understand that closing down a restaurant takes time and closing duties are usually performed the last hour. I asked my dad to bring pupusas for dinner, I sent him this location. We are not new to Hiram or Dallas but we were not familiar with this restaurant. My dad states that before he even ordered, a woman said “All we have is pupusas and you can’t eat here.” My dad agreed because all he was ordering was pupusas and he would indeed be taking them to go. After placing the order and paying for the pupusas, the woman told my dad he had to go wait in the car and that he couldn’t wait in the restaurant. My dad leaves the restaurant, sits outside (not in his car) and the woman does bring him the pupusas. Unfortunately, the pupusas were delicious. If the owners want to go home by 8, maybe they should close at 7 instead.
Their pupusas ( I've had every style and they are all delicious) and curtido are amazing and the prices are very reasonable.

Tried this place for the first time today. The milkshake is in essence a smoothie. Not convinced it was made with actual ice cream. I enjoyed the Yuca and Chicharones, however, the chicken empanadas were no larger than my thumb and there was barely any chicken, mostly potato. The cashier/Server was very kind and sweet although she did not speak much English.

I order over the phone 13 Pupusas and when I picked them up and payed, the cashier said it was $50.64, I payed cash, I took a seat as they were not ready, grabbed a togo menu to check other options, I saw that the pupusas where $3 each and started doing my math, it should of been $39, so I asked the cashier if they were $3 each, she says yes and I asked then why she charged me $50.64 that she charged me $10 for tax and she said yes, taxes are high here, and she said that is why I do not buy from here. I asked for a receipt and she said since I paid cash she could not give me a receipt. Really $10 taxes, that is ridiculous. Food was good but be careful they will take advantage and make you pay more, make sure to check your receipt. Even if pupusas were good, I am never coming back to this place.
