I sent my daughter to purchase me a sandwich came up to $13 and some change that is way too expensive for the bread to be hard and chewy. I called to make the manager aware of this. She informed me that the bread was fresh and made today. It does not matter when it’s made if it’s not made right. I literally had to replace the bread on the sandwich in order to make it edible! This location, lacks consistency!

Have been many times now. They seemed pretty disorganized when they first opened but things have definitely smoothed out. I don't think we've had a bad order yet in person. I recommend.

Slow staff, unprofessional... if you place an online order or door dash, they start making the food when you arrive. What's the point of calling in ahead if you still have wait???

If you value your time &money avoid this Jersey Mike's location!! There is an ongoing problem here(see other reviews as well). Management needs to get involved. My second visit in the past month and the customer service is nonexistent. First try, I walk in and there are no employees in sight. I stood around for a few minutes then called out for assistance. Two young female employees emerged (visibly startled) from the back of the store. Whats going on here?
Then, my second visit, similar to the 1st, I find employees joking and talking with each other instead of prepping orders or doing business. Since when is socializing a priority over getting customer's orders ready in a timely matter? Paying customers should not have to waste excess time waiting around so employees can have playtime. Never again!

Everytime I order takeout it seems like they are always standing around talking when i show up and don't start your pickup order until you arrive. Wasted 10 minutes of my time waiting after placing order 10 minutes before i arrived?

After 6 tries I’ve finally learned If you need a gluten free bun don’t bother with these guys, they obviously don’t care.
Initial post
Today was the third time I ordered a sub on my app and upon pickup was told the gluten free buns were still frozen and it would be another 20 mins or so for it to defrost. The last few times I waited but at this point I’m just fed up. I was so happy when they opened in Powder Springs but this is their third strike. Today I asked for a refund as I had no time to wait (that’s why you order ahead using the app) but I haven’t seen the charge removed yet.
Months later……
So once again I ordered and on the way to get it am called and given this whole explanation how market research gives them how many buns that need to be ready and they already exceeded that for the day. Honestly, the explanation just leaves me more pissed off. So after the initial horrible review and their reply, I tried again and the same thing happened, but I did not update the review.
Another month passes and I stupidly tried again and was met with the same result. I guess I’m just crazy because the definition is trying the same thing and expecting a different result. I’ve officially given up (after about 6 times with no success.)
What a refreshing experience. The counter staff was very friendly and acted glad to be there.

Placed online order and received confirmation for pickup. When I arrived nobody was in the store.
We came in when Publix messed up our order. It was fairly late but the 2 young men got us our order in no time at all. Very friendly fast and the sandwiches were delicious. We are new loyal customers.

I spend my money here for lunch pretty often, I go in today to get my usual and ask for no vinegar, just olive oil; The kid making my sandwich grabs a bottle without even checking what’s in it, and low and behold, it’s vinegar being drenched on my sandwich.No big deal, mistakes happen. I tell him, “hey sorry, that’s vinegar I only wanted olive oil” He then goes and grabs another guy who comes over and asks what’s wrong. I tell him he put vinegar on the sandwich instead of Olive oil. The guy then proceeds to try and pick everything off, he takes off the tomatoes covered in vinegar and puts them back with all the other tomatoes and cuts a new piece of bread and some more meat on it WITH AN ATTITUDE. Dude YOU guys messed up, why are you being a jerk to me because YOU guys screwed up?
The kid making the sandwich didn’t bother wiping the knife off either and was touching his face with his gloves on.
The manager there is great, I’ll probably talk to him directly when I see him again. The food wasn’t as good as it is when I’m happy.

First time at a Jersey Mikes, I came in and wanted something healthy and Olivia recommended the #8, the sandwich was amazing and she has awesome customer service. 10/10 Recommend!

My girlfriend and I ordered Philly cheesesteaks on Uber eats. I got a big kahuna 59 and idk what she got but it was a CHEESE steak. Neither of our sandwiches had an any cheese on them at all. How does that even happen?
