I ordered on the app and when it said it was ready it wasn't. I waited another 20 mind for a 2 piece chicken and drink. The owner doesn't care they never responded to anyone. There was only three workers in the place doing all the jobs. And how do you not ever have enough chicken my god it's a chicken place. Kfc is one of many powder Springs Fast Food place that isn't Fast nor Good quality products.

This place needs to CLOSE DOWN! I spent $51 on dinner for my family tonight only to be told that the order was modified. Why? Because once again, they have NO CHICKEN! So what did they send instead 2 POT PIES!!
How are you a chicken place with NO CHICKEN!?! Who in their right mind modifies and order to something completely left field and doesn’t for once think to contact the customer?! I pull into drive thru at almost 11 this morning and can't get to the window because employee's from KFC and Taco Bell are in the drive thru smoking Marijuana... this is how business is conducted. I will never come here again

I NEED MY $50 REFUND. I’d give 0 stars if I could cause this is bs. This place needs to shut down. My husband and I ordered uber eats not that long ago. It came. Y’all forgot my ranches I paid for. The chicken is old asf and greasy and cold. My husbands food was chewy and cold. My coleslaw tasted off. My biscuit is hard as a rock. I have video proof but for some reason it won’t let me post it. Now my family is gonna starve. Thanks kfc
