I would give zero. The chicken was absolutely horrible. I should have read the reviews before going. The first 3 pieces were yuck ok. As we got down the bucket it was absolutely gross.

Sunday before Christmas and my family is gathering for Christmas and wanted KFC for our meal for 5 people. We were told in the drive thru, their computer was down and we needed to come inside to order. Went inside and waited over 30 minutes before we were even addressed. The workers are working their knuckles to the bone and I’m hearing them say to each other they couldn’t fill any more orders per the manager, who by the way, was giving orders from the comfort of her home. Workers were told to lock the doors and take no more orders due to lack of employees and lack of chicken. I counted 6 full trays of chicken. This review has NOTHING to do with employees as they are working with 3 employees and unable to keep up with computers going down. In the meantime, I’ve counted five cars go through the drive through window, so I guess their computers are back up. We have only overheard employees speaking amongst themselves but after 40 minutes, we finally was able to place our order. Employees were very sweet and very hard working! The manager should have been there helping run the store instead of leaving the workers to fend for themselves. Her solution was to lock the doors. I wish corporate to step in to help fix this store. This is not employees fault. This is a management issue.

I just spent $15.56 for food that was not fresh. I visited this location 11:02 a.m. this morning. I ordered a 6 Hot Spicy Wing Combo. First of all the chicken was not fresh; it tasted like it had been sitting for hours. How could it not be fresh this early in the day. The mac and cheese appeared to be watered down. I wanted Lemonade and it was out. The Dr. Pepper did not taste like Dr. Pepper. This was a horrible experience on today. I have been coming to this location for years and service and the quality of the food has gone down. I will be reaching out to corporate in refernce to this matter. Hopefully, something can be done.

Service is consistently terrible. They close at 11 but just told us the close at 10:30 because it’s getting colder; it was 10:36. Same kid last time told us we couldn’t have ranch dressing because we didn’t order chicken strips. We spent $50 on a family meal and sides but it was the rules we couldn’t have ranch. They wouldn’t even sell it to us. They’re always out of something or food tends to be spoiled. Don’t go here.

Store is supposed to be open until 11, I got there right after 10 the guy on the intercom said sorry we are closed. I told him that they are supposed to be open until 11, he said we close at 10 a lot but if we've been busy we will stay open until 11, which makes no sense

I hardly ever eat KFC at this location because they’re always out of something. No waffles when they brought back the chicken & waffle combo, no pot pies and today no wedges. Somebody need to learn how to order food.

Ordered 10 piece bucket given all the same pieces dark .meat. This was not what I ordered. I tried a second time ... order incorrect. Given dried up cold nuggets. Other order also not what I ordered. Told there was no white meat available.
