I've been going here for years but over time it has started to become extremely hostile and the quality has greatly decreased since the apartments opened up. If you want to not be harrassed and assaulted by just shopping. Go to publix or drive out of town to another kroger rather than this location.

I can never go to this location and get everything I need. They are ALWAYS out of things! I end up at Publix…I’ll just go there instead. I tried talking to the manager. He never apologized and didn’t offer to check to see if they had my items. I needed heavy whipping cream and Lactose free Milk.

Low on fruit... Will not go back. It's me not them. Kroger on South Cobb has everything and a manager is always in the ares when I need them.. Love Kroger Smyrna Georgia.

The pharmacy drive thru is always closed. This is a great inconvenience for customers who are disabled and have difficulties with mobility. I've been a loyal Kroger customer for many years and must now reconsider my options.

Let me start with your pharmacy, they are young lazy uncaring folks who show 0 on time management and customer service. Your Deli never has anyone back there I go every week and always has to stand at least 5 to 10 mins before someone see me alone with other customers waiting, and the worst is the deli worker (Emma) who does not speak good English who still cannot slice meat, no one is hardly at your customer service counter, and lately your cashier's has changed altitude not friendly except for one particular cashier name Pam who is extremely helpful and friendly, the last is your store So called MANAGER Tiffany this lady is so Rude and Unprofessional I stood by and watched as she talk down to the cashier's and she's rude to customers your other Manager Eric is no better, this Manager Tiffany is not a good look nor does she have the personality or professionalism for this store she seems to be very bitter and miserable so because I'm a frequent shopper I will continue to goggle review your location when your Manager Tiffany is being Rude to us as customers and again we have seen how she talks down to the cashier's in front of customers This lady is a Bully I hope someone from your corporate office see this review.

Best experience ever. Pharmacy technician Rachel was able to get my prescription ready in 2 hours, after initially waiting for 2 weeks from another location. The staff here is amazingly friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
