The Pharmacy is a joke. When your team screws up, you apologize and make it right. You DON’T give attitude and expect your customer to do all the work they have already done because someone you work with didn’t do their job. No sympathy or empathy for the trouble that was caused. I was born and bred into customer service, and I understand mistakes happen, it’s all in how you handle it and Joe you suck at it, you need customer service training at the very least.
There just Awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dirty. Not clean. Dirty dirty dirty

It’s not the Kroger that I go to but I had to get the Covid vaccine very clean place I did end up buying groceries
the Kroger on Brownsville Road Powder Springs has a very friendly staff highly knowledgeable in know where everything is which is amazing because corporate screwed up again thank you Kroger company of families and Corporation you moved bread you move the milk you move the eggs you moved everything in heck and Haiti you so I used to know where everything was in the store I understand you've got to get different products and and give themselves space and stuff like that that's just business but this time Kroger and I'd like to get this into the corporation y'all screwed up
Sadly to say!... this Kroger is the worst Kroger‘s I have ever inter-its always nasty and dirty!..The presentation when you first walk in the door, he is a disaster!... every time I go there trash & leaves all over the place, along with cleaning wipes all over the entrance floor! This place need strictly a cleaning person keeping the front the store neat and clean.
While the employees at store 456 are the greatest group of proessionals in the grocer industry - helpful and super friendly - this store has poor management. This location almost ALWAYS has products not in stock. They have deliveries that just sit without being placed on the floor. This was not the case 10-12 years ago. If not for the employees, I would never shop at this location, it's pointless.
if pricing isn't listed, why should the retailer be trusted? look at the shelves they aren't pricing a lot of items. Finding out at checkout that a small bag of Charcoal is more than double price at walmart is ridiculous. More so when there is a big 3.99 sign , it is intentionally misleading.
Twice in the last 2 months I have used the pickup - which I have been using for years but when I got my groceries the total was different because of being out of items. No big deal I have had this happen before. BUT what my card is charged is the original amount of the order. When I contact the company they lay the blame on my bank. I call BS on this because it has never been that way before. Then to make matters worse after asking to speak with a supervisor who was just as condescending as the CST person when he finished and I stated that I guess my days of Kroger shopping are over - he hung up on me while I was still speaking. So in my book Kroger has now joined Walmart & Target as companies I will never give my money to again.

It's very convenient! I live about 5 minutes from it, and its the only place I buy my fruits.
Staff knows me by name. Pretty good natural/organic selection for this part of town. Good produce.
It’s never stocked. This was a Sunday afternoon and NO snow in the forecast. This is a consistent look throughout the store at any given time.

Kroger are hit or miss in metro Atlanta and sadly, I've found that that determination is directly influenced by the neighborhood and demographics.
