The burgers are too salty. And the cook the black man. He has a chip on his shoulder. Lord forbid if you have to ask a question about the food that he is going to prepare. Just letting you know in advance. I refuse to spend my money where I can’t ask a simple question about what you are about to serve me and my family. No and thank you.

If you’re enjoying the silver Comet Trail and need a great place to stop for either a drink or a full meal, be sure to stop at linear Park Café. Tell him Louie sent you.

The man made a 9yo cry for trying to take just one picnic table for his birthday party. I am so sad for everyone. Willing to spend money at the cafe, but he started yelling at everyone.
There is a 3 minute long video of him losing it. That is bad business. No person should be spoken to this way regardless.

I recently stopped at Linear Park Cafe after taking a walk on the Silver Comet Trail. It was a nice spot to rest and recharge, and I appreciated that there were restrooms behind the cafe. The staff were all friendly, and the cafe was very clean and organized. The food was just ok - it was the kind of food you might expect to get at a picnic. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it if you're looking for a rest stop off the trail.
Great snow cones.
My daughter's loved the BBQ chicken nachos. They also enjoyed the snoballs
Not only did they make room for our birthday celebration but let us borrow a folding table and a nice tablecloth, they provided flatware and were just the nicest loveliest people. Drinks were ice cold and snacks were great. Thanks so much!!
The Linear Park Cafe is great! It's there when I need it; on a hot day. Just 5 miles out the trail from Floyd Road Trailhead, it is a welcome retreat from my ride. Good snacks and lunches.

Convenient for folks using Silver Comet trail
I come here to get the $6 pulled pork & coleslaw sandwich that is very tasty (its cooked sweet so if you dont like it that way, you may not like it). It's 78 degrees and the ice in my water bottle melted so I ask the owner if I could get a couple of cubes of ice. He responded, "No, I don't do it that way." Do what, give 2 cubes of ice to a paying customer? Wow! Disappointing to say the least.
The chili slaw hot dog was delicious; I ordered it again a couple weeks later and I'm planning another bike ride to get another one!! The hot chocolate was also great. The cafe has a nice menu with burgers, chili, sno-balls, ice cream and much more. Prices are very reasonable; actually too low, so I recommend you leave a nice tip.
Convenient and tasty!
The sno-ball is worth the 10 mile bike ride from Mavell Trail Head; biking buddy gets one every time! Other great snacks to enjoy as well.
