What is so hard about reading a ticket and making sure the food is in the bag?!?! This is failure of Management. Why are y'all hiring people who can't read and count????
They can't even get simple orders right and then accuse you of ordering the wrong thing. Never again. NEVER! Manager is RUDE and didn't even offer to make things right.
I ordered 2 4-pc chicken nugget kids meals. Got 2 hamburger kids meals. Also ordered a regular chicken nugget meal and requested sauce for all and got none. No sauce - NONE. How hard is it to get that order correct? Must be super challenging to look at an order and verify product before handing to the customer. Boy, sure glad I don’t have that job.
