We waited in the drive through for almost 30 minutes to a hour. Then when we got to the speaker the person took out code then ignores us and just goes to someone else on the other one. Then when we tell them we have a doctor's appointment they told us that we had to wait cause we was getting annoyed cause of our wait and their attitude. Very bad service and very slow which is unbelievable will not come back.

Continuously messing up orders and some of the worse customer service! I give it BACK after receiving my food because most of them are my daughter’s age with attitudes for nothing or just in the wrong field. If you don’t want to deal with people why clock in and do customer service?

They lost my order and put me in one of the waiting spots and it took them an hour and 20 minutes and left me waiting outside for my food to come instead of asking me would you like us to remake your order they had been sitting in a parking spot waiting for them to find the original order for an hour and 20 minutes never even suggesting they'll just remake the order no they had me wait an hour and 20 minutes in the spot until I mentioned or why don't you just make my order so I can go home to a man that I take care of who is bedridden. Very very very very very very very unsatisfactory customer service they should have thought of that after they realized that they don't have my receipt and I'm going to just taking them 10 minutes to make up my order instead of making me wait an hour and 20 minutes. No common sense of people manners whatsoever very very disappointing and I will be sending a letter to corporate to inform them of their customer service in inadequacy.

Dining room hours are wrong. When you place a mobile order it is in fact not made until you pull up. Which sucks when they are supposedly holding order because they are busy. What's the point of a mobile order then?

Takes way too long to order anything at 4:30 in the morning. Took 5 min to take my order and after waiting another 20 minutes I gave up. I have never had luck there. 24 hours open but they need to hire 2 more people 3rd shift. Don’t think I will ever go there again!

They have some good managers and some really bad one and depends on what shift you come on. The owners don't care and it shows. The food is always hit or miss(mostly miss) it's slow in taking orders at drive thur and slow on the inside. And if you order on the app you don't get a refund if the store doesn't have it cause the app doesn't have that feature you have dispute with your bank.

This McDonald’s is NOT a friendly one… I placed my order on the kiosk and sat down… The food was prepared nicely, the girl or manager at the counter wasn’t very friendly/nice. . Even noticed how she talked to her employees/co-workers. I wouldn’t want to work here at this location… I can see why nobody goes into the lobby to eat their food… Drive thru is best to use at this location… No contact with rude employees…
Nice staff. Took my 3 kids here for food and ice-cream and they gave me a free ice-cream for myself. I thought that was sweet and thoughtful. ♡

If I could rate 0 Zero I absolutely would. I agree with other reviews that this McDs needs to be shut down!!! Front counter doesn’t speak at all when telling her the order was wrong! It took 4 trips to the front counter and order still wasn’t right. Visited the bathroom and toilet was filthy with fecal matter!!!! Omg. It’s awful!!! I became sick after seeing the restroom. Food tasted funny. I wound up vomiting but honestly don’t know if it was from the horrible food or seeing that bathroom!

Absolutely awful!! My daughter went here to get me a quarter pound meal. She only ordered that one meal. She waited a very long time at the drive thru screen before someone came to take her order. There was nobody in front of her in line either. She gets the meal looks in the bag to check if everything is there and of course there is no burger. She goes back through the drive thru and now there is a line. She tells them she did not get the burger. They ask for a receipt which she also did not get. They tell her to pull forward as they need to talk to the manager about it. Nobody ever came back out. Now she has been there 50 minutes so I wind up calling the store. The number wound up calling another store and I explained what was going on. He was super nice and called the general manager at store where my daughter is. It took one hour to get one quarter pound value meal. They did take back the fries to give her fresh food. But the fries tasted like they just threw them back in the fryer to heat them up. They were definitely very crunchy. Also there was no straw for the drink. The whole reason why my daughter went out was to get a blizzard at Dairy Queen. By the time she left McDonald Dairy Queen was closed.

Waited almost 40 minutes for a curbside order that I ended up going in to get myself. Waited inside for 10 minutes standing at the counter and had 3 customers come in after me who all got greeted, were able to order and receive their order. The girl behind the counter just looked at me no greeting or acknowledgement at all. My food is cold and had to be microwaved. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IT IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE SET FOOT IN!
