I stopped at McDonald’s for dinner around 6:30 PM to get a double cheeseburger meal and some chicken nuggets. The fries and chicken nuggets were perfectly fine, but the burger was very overcooked and had big globs of grease caked on the burger like they haven’t been scraping the grill I almost ate the whole burger before I realized the black chard grease all over one side of my burger. Now I feel sick to my stomach after eating it. Do yourself a favor do not eat here let this place go out of business. The franchise owner should be ashamed of himself. This used to be a great McDonald’s.

I Placed a drive through order handed the guy my debit card and something didn't feel right I check my card and saw it had a pending charge I did not authorize following my food charge don't vist this place unless you pay on the app I will never stop at this location again

I told them I would pull up and to the side but I asked for a small drink and an employee asked the manager my request and he yelled and started cussing loudly like he does not have any sense. How do they get away with that behavior.

This location has consistently poor service. They routinely close early and show very little interest in actually trying to serve their customers to some degree of satisfaction. Whoever is the franchise owner here, understand this is a reflection of your leadership/management. I will not visit this establishment again.

The place was dirty. They were extra slow with getting the food together, 10 minutes for a large fry is ridiculous. And because they were short staffed, you have to use a large screen to place your orders, and it too was filthy.

To 5 minutes to ask if all ice cream and shake options were closed. Which they were. Drive 5 miles there for just a milkshake to be ignored
Told to come back for order they messed up.Name not written down..Told people come in about food all the time. I said I did drive out my way to lie. I showed where I spoke to someone over 2 mins.

Waited several minutes at the left order screen. While there a truck pulled into the right one and was able to order. He got there way after me and was recognized and had his order taken. I waited another couple min and no one ever came on the speaker. Left and went to Zaxby's. Never again.

Was very clean and well organized here. The food was extremely fresh . Hot and taste great The drinks were fresh also the staff were very friendly and nice here. We had sit in the lounge which was a great experience. Keep up the good work everyone.
