The manager took our order. They don’t do more than 2 orders per car, that is understandable. Although half way through our second order she stopped responding. We waited at the drive thru line for 3-4 minutes with no response. We then proceeded to the first window to continue our order. Then the guy who was cleaning came to continue our order. Keep in mind there isn’t anyone else infront or behind us. Then it took another 15 minutes before we drove off with our food. And there was no apology or response after we said thank you for our food.

Worst McDonald's I have visited.just cancel curb delivery at this location, I waited over Thirty minutes and didn't get my order, so I went inside,just to find out my order wasn't even prepared.

Someone needs to address the issue of how disgusting the bathrooms are here. I stop about once a week at this location due to the convenience of being able to use the restroom, get gas, and lunch all in one stop. For the last several months the bathrooms have been getting worse and worse to the point today I couldn’t handle it and had to go somewhere else. I have addressed the issue to both the Chevron and McDonalds managers and nothing seems to be happening. I will be addressing this issue with both Chevron and McDonalds corporate complaint departments.

This place is always incredibly slow. They usually get your order wrong and the staff is unfriendly.
I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato and my drink came to me in a yellow "hot" coffee cup, which has never happened at any other McDonald's I've been to. The manager told me that was the correct drink cup, that the plastic cups were for soda only, but that's not how any other locations has ever served my drink. I will definitely never come back to this location, especially after the manager just wanted to argue with me and not make my drink in the correct cup.
I understand, it’s fast food. Through the drive-through, I ordered a chicken, egg, and cheese McMuffin and an ice water. The lady told me to pull around to the window without a total, arriving to the pay window, I gave her my card I asked her what the total was, to which she then wouldn’t answer until after she had swiped my card. She then gave me my receipt and told me the total was $8.15. Then I asked her, $8.15 for a sandwich and an ice water? She said, “yea”Looking at the receipt while pulling to the pickup window, they had charged me for every item individually and the ice water. This has never happened to me before. I’ve ordered this once weekly for the fast few weeks, and have never been charged this, let alone charged for the water.the lady held her hand out the pickup window and just said “here”, gave me the sandwich and water, and I drove off. The sandwich was dripping with grease from the oil the chicken was fried in, and the chicken was the texture of a dry sponge. So I’m charged double the price of all other breakfast sandwiches on the menu, the WATER, and I can’t even eat it. This reminds me of why I stopped going to those location.

I go to this location almost every morning for coffee. I like their coffee better than the specialty places. I want to say this location has come a long way. Hope is usually there at 6am and she does a great job.
45 mins for a large fry is crazy. was told to pull to the front and wait with another 5 or 6 cars waiting as well. shoulda went to wendy's.
