Monterrey's Mexican Restaurant

Would have loved to give a higher rating but was disappointed with my takeout experience. For one, I wasn't offered any customer service while i sat at the bar waiting for my order. Most restaurants at least offer water. Second, when i got home to open my order I noticed that my vegetable bowl was covered in queso when i expressed that I did not eat cheese. I didnt notice this at the restaurant because it was covered in lettuce. Third, the cost to make it supreme (adding lettuce, tomato and a spoonful of guacamole) was much overpriced. I think around $5. Lastly, the customer service I received when I called the restaurant back to tell them about the mistake was disappointing. They wanted me to come back up to the restaurant in order to get it replaced. Even after explaining this was not possible because it was late and I had just gotten home with a toddler, there was no considerations. Any other restaurant would have taken my name down and given a discount or item replacement whenever I was able to come back. I know this from experience. So between the overpriced food and the poor customer service, I'm definitely disappointed.

A great overall experience. We came during lunch so it wasn't busy. We were seated immediately and got our drinks. The food came out fast, the server was good. The food was delicious and the best part reasonably priced as well. And I want to add how clean it was as well. New favorite Mexican spot. Loved it.

First time I've been in this establishment. The place was booming and the smell of food was truly inviting. I had two types of sea food tacos. Fish and shrimp tacos and they're both awesome. I also had the Cheesecake Chimichanga. It was goooood! All in all, it was a great experience. A+++ all the way! 👍😊👌✌️🖖

Chips are warm are the salsa is great…
The margaritas are delish and the beer is always cold…very important these things rate good…now we stay for food. Food is always good hot & fresh & full of flavor.
We really like the Nachos with it all.
The staff has always been friendly & polite

I ordered the chicken, steak, and shrimp dip to go. It was all seperate when i got it with toritillas. I went back and asked him can they just re-make it like the picture. I wanted a dip not tortillias. The manager would not do this and kept trying to convince me that this was a dip. If it was a dip, why do it have tortillias with it? He also would not give me a refund. He got a container and tried to put it all together on thier counter in the open. So i asked for a refund. He would not give me that either.

Yall, I loved this place and used to get cheese dip with jalapenos to go at least once a week and went there and sat down and got this dip last week. And this dude tried ro gaslight me tonight. Sort of mad i lost my favorite mexican restaurant but there are more mexican restaurants and other restaurants to explore. I cant understand why a manafer would be willing to lose a fairhful customer for just asking ti remKe something??!!🤔

Great customer service, I had to give 5 stars. We didn’t like our Barria tacos we ordered. They tasted a little funny. But the manager came out to the table, she was very nice and understanding. They took our next order and we were super happy with that. Would definitely recommend. Nice clean restaurant.

Menu prices are wrong something that shows 9.99 will be 19.99 happened the last 3 times…So I cant support the inconsistency in prices…. Depends who takes the order smh
