The food is great, this place is my favorite Chinese food ever.

This use to be my go to for quick half way decent Chinese food. However, after today I will NOT be returning. I ordered sesame chicken with vegetable fried rice. This food was not edible! The rice was soupy and extra wet. It smelled horrible and looked disgusting. I couldn't even stomach eating it. It all went in the TRASH! WHAT A WASTE OF $12.....RIDICULOUS!

I’ve gone here for so many years (over 12) but the past few years I’ve just had more issues to the point where I only go if it’s the only thing on the way. I spent over $40 to feed my family and the chicken was rubbery and HAIRY!! I need my money back, I couldn’t eat this. This is the last time I’ll ever eat here. Complete waste of money- go somewhere else.

The food is tasty and the prices are reasonable. Their site says lunch specials come with choice of soup or egg roll but if you don't specifically ask for it, they won't include it.

I ordered jumbo shrimp with sweet and sour sauce. Fried rice spring rolls and a coke. Did not get my coke. Wrong shrimp and were nasty. Charged me a $1.50 for the sauce, spring roll nasty. Called them and the manager wanted to give me a store credit for the soda. Very disappointed

I’m so disappointed. Seems like the quality of their food has gone down. I used to live near the restaurant and loved the food, especially the egg rolls. The last few times I ordered the egg rolls I noticed they were smaller and lacked flavor. I wonder if there is a different cook? As far as the service, I took a star off because I tried to place a lunch order 4 minutes to the end of the lunch special and I was told it was too late. It’s not worth the distance I travel now to get to the restaurant

Over the years their food and customer service has become extremely tasteless. Today was my last time spending my hard earned money with them at this location and their cousins location in Dallas.

We decided to order Panda Garden since we went shopping at Kroger next door. We decided to get the shrimp and broccoli and. Bourbon chicken. The shrimp and broccoli was dry and the rice tasted, well there really wasn’t a taste. The bourbon chicken tasted unlike any bourbon chicken I have ever had. It was dry, I am not sure how bourbon chicken can be dry but it was it was not good. We added salt, soy sauce, everything to make it better it just tasted like rice boiled in dirty dish water. I am not sure what to say.

I love this place. I seriously do. I live 50mns away and this is only place I eat Chinese food at. HOWEVER, your almond chicken recipe is the laziest meal I’ve ever witness: dried almond pieces with dry floured chicken pieces and what seems to be a very unhealthy brown sauce.

This place use to be very good. Not anymore! Food was not fresh just re heated pre cooked food and I witnessed them re cooking chicken wings that had already been cooked sitting next to the fryer already cooked. Save your money.Not

What happened? We have been coming here regularly for almost a decade and they have always been five star. Tonight the food was bland. Definitely a different vibe in all aspects.
