Papa Johns Pizza

The store never gives the DoorDads delivery folks their tip. I am a generous tipper and I never carry cash so the drivers never receive their tips when I order online. When ordering online, it doesn't say DoorDash is delivering until the payment goes through. I feel sorry for the delivery people and I feel this is Papa John's way of ripping them off and making g more money.

Had an issue with the DoorDash cashier, but they fixed the problem quickly. What could have been a complicated situation was handled so smoothly. Excellent customer service—really appreciated the professionalism and efficiency!

I ordered a well done pizza with light sauce. Definitely not what I received and it's definitely below 140 degrees. Doesn't look or taste as good as the time. Take pride in your work or go somewhere else. Nobody wants to pay someone for doing a shit job.

I ORDERED 2 NEW YORK WORKS PIZZAS WHEN I ARRIVED I GOT 2 PLAIN CHEESE PIZZAS AND WAS TOLD I HAD CALLED AND CHANGED MY ORDER TO THAT.THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT AND TOLD ME HIS EMPLOYEES DONT MAKE MISTAKES LIKE THAT I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY ENEMIES

Our deliver driver was fantastic. Very polite and kind. She was such a pleasant person to interact with. Our drink was left off by mistake , and she went back and got it for us. No attitude no issues. Food was nice and hot. Great job to the management and team here. Well done!!!

Brandon is the manager at this location and he gave my family and I superb service . He fixed a incorrect order that my daughter made online and took care of it with no hesitation just the nicest manager I’ve seen in awhile Papa Johns should definitely be grateful to have a manager of a store like Brandon he alone gets a 5 star review from me .

I ordered food from here around 2:15 PM for delivery. I didn't receive it until around 4:30 PM, and it definitely didn't look fresh. Additionally, when I called to check on my order, the young lady put me on hold for about 12 minutes. After hanging up, I called back, and she finally advised me about my order after another three minutes. Please do better.

I ordered pizza on Friday night Aug 2 2024. I meant to call another store on Dallas hwy. I have who number saved on my phone. When I dailed it must have transferred to the store in Powder Springs. I placed my order because the guy who answered the phone assured me that he would place the order from Dallas hwy. I was reluctant at first because I like to hear the voice of the lady on Dallas hwy to ensure I have the right store I ordered the works pizza. It arrived in 1.5 hours when the estimate was 50 minutes. It was a vegetarian pizza with spinach and no meat. No what I ordered. The driver left it on the porch, rang the doorbell and left. The pizza was cold and I did not like the one slice I ate. The reason that I am writing this review is that this is not the first time something similar like this has happened to me at the Brownsville road papa John’s location. I blame management because they obviously do not care about the process or their customers. Headquarters papa John’s needs to know about their poor customer service.

Pizza had good flavor. Personally we didn’t care for the stuffed edges on the crust of the pizza. It was soft and doughy like it wasn’t quite done. Other than that it was tasty

Isn't it amazing how they lure you in with their advertising bait and switch? You absolutely never get what you expect, and the business take pride in their con games. They lie, cheat, steal without a gun to your head with subliminal messages. They get to go scott free committing legalized criminal offense by greed!! What I was promised to what I actually received!! Contained little to NO substance. Was basically just rolled dough. Received text that order was ready for pickup. After I arrived, was informed order was still cooking.
