Isn't it amazing how they lure you in with their advertising bait and switch? You absolutely never get what you expect, and the business take pride in their con games. They lie, cheat, steal without a gun to your head with subliminal messages. They get to go scott free committing legalized criminal offense by greed!! What I was promised to what I actually received!! Contained little to NO substance. Was basically just rolled dough. Received text that order was ready for pickup. After I arrived, was informed order was still cooking.

Ordered lunch for the family consisting of Chicken Bacon Papadias and an Italian Papadias and a large cheese pizza, all was delicious and service great. I always order extra peperoncinis at 75 cents an order and anchovies at 75 cents a box. Was all so great ordered carry out the new special Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust and of course more peperoncinis and anchovies along with spicy Garlic dipping sauce. If you like Garlic in ridiculous amounts order this treat. THEY DON'T WEAR GLOVES OR WASH THEIR HANDS!!! I just ordered2 Papadias and the employee walked over and started making my order... When I asked the manager he said they are not required to wear gloves just wash their hands, the employee heard me and stopped to wash his hands.. AFTER I COMPLAINED THAT I DIDN'T SEE HIM WASH HIS HANDS!!! JUST NASTY!!!!

The Brownsville Rd location truly has some of the best staff. The young ladies who work the front always helpful!
So, I ordered a pizza and wings plus extra sides. The total was $40.09. I got my ordered pushed back three times. On top of that, I never received all the extras that made my order so high. I called them and talked to the manager and he offered to credit me with sides on my next order. I told him that I wanted my sides. He said it would be an hour plus. I said ok, because I wanted what I paid cash for. Hour plus later, I'm still waiting. The manager acted as if this was a usual thing. He didn't care. I wish that I viewed the reviews before ordering from this store. Absolutely disappointed. Do not order from this store. I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. You're welcome.

The company used DoorDash for delivery. The person placed the food on the front door mat and worked away. If we did not have a touch less doorbell, I would not have known the pizza was on the door mat!

I get pizza from this location about 2-3 times per month, usually it's pretty consistent quality, only minor mess ups or variations. This last order a few days ago was horrid. The pizza seemed to have almost no cheese on them, even though I paid for extra on at least one. The ingredients overall were quite sparse and I don't really feel like I got $50 of food like I normally do. On top of that the service has been getting incredibly slow, with people milling about and only a single register in use even when the front of the store is packed. Last time quality went down hill like this, I stopped using PJ for 2 years. I'll give them one more shot in a week or two and see if dominoes or pizza hit might start getting my business again.
