Papa Johns Pizza

Don’t use them on a busy night, like Halloween.
First time I ordered was about a week ago. This experience was good. It was a last minute order and we got the pictured Halloween pizza. Awesome experience! They delivered super fast. I figured hey, maybe I can trust them for my Halloween plans.
Second time I ordered, Halloween. Placed an order super early and had it scheduled cause I figured they would be busy and this way they can plan very far in advance. Scheduled for 545. I checked my order at 545 when it had not arrived. It said the driver was at the store waiting. They still hadn’t made my order. Tried calling the Door Dasher, they didn’t have a real number. Called the store directly. Got put on hold. Several times someone at the store answered, picked up and said nothing, just put me back on hold. Waited for 30 min on hold until I gave up. Door dasher finally “got my order” at 645 and then never delivered it but instead marked it as delivered so I then had to deal with calling Door Dash to get my money back.

Everything was fine until we realized that we were shorted 1 on are garlic knot order. Will make sure to inspect the food before leaving.

Crew closing Monday night delivered fast! All items were correct. What we weren’t expecting was how well our pizza was crafted and baked to perfection.

We have ordered from competitors and quality of pizza was mid. Papa John’s must have changed ingredients b.c it’s better than I remember!

Must try the Epic stuffed crust!

10/10 would order again.

Every time I order from anywhere no one serves hot food. What the heck is going on in the world. Spend more money get less quality. My pizza was so cold . This is just crazy.

The store and people are great. Great pizza.

The one star for service comes from Papa John's corporate decision to use Doordash rather than their own drivers. This is bad for employees obviously, and bad for the customer.

Doordash is a mess. They hike prices without telling you, they mess up, and their drivers are not trustworthy at all.

Be aware, if you order from Papa John's, you're just ordering Doordash.

Ordered 10 inch “Create Your Own” pizza with sausage onion & green pepper online. Pizza was ready by the time I arrived at the store. Best pizza we’ve had in a long time.

Parking: Plenty of available parking handicapped space near the door.

My pizza was delicious & just as ordered!! It was delivered faster than they estimated. The pepperoni bites were good as well!!! It’s hit and miss with pizza places around here but this time was definitely ??
