I honestly appreciate the young lady who helped me, her attitude was very humbled even through the situation she was put in.. IT MAKES NO SENSE that she, as a young woman is left to close up BY HERSELF.. The manager was no where to be found let alone contacted. She was backed up 5 orders while fixing 2 at the time. MANAGERS if you can NOT properly run the business then find another business to run please..take in the consideration of your employees and THEIR safety. While you are home they are working their behinds off. Remember if it wasn't for them you wouldn't be in business. Do better.

This place has gone downhill fast. Service was abysmal and the tuna sandwich was disgusting. The bread was even stale. Don't waste your time here, just go to a different subway.

They wouldn't let me use the bathroom even tho I payed for food . I had the receipt ready to show and was still denied . Stupid worker enforcing a policy that I don't break .

I usually don't write reviews but my experience today at this Subway location was so horrible!! Our office decided to use Door Dash which is something we normally do not do and today proved why we don't. I ordered a no bread bowl with tuna as my protein. The bowls are suppose to be made as a footlong just without the bread. I received my bowl with only 2 scoops of tuna, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, and most of my ingredients missing. Went up to the Subway which was a big inconvenience and waited very patiently. I noticed the manager was working alone today so I decided that I would make sure to be very nice and address my complaint without showing how annoyed I was. Of course that did me no good because her (the manager) response was very rude even though she could see that she did not make my no bread bowl properly. To be honest, the manager seemed like she might be a nice lady but her attitude changed once she saw I was there to complain about my door dash order. Costumer service is very important to me because I deal with many different people on a daily basis and I understand how it can be. Unfortunately she dropped the ball today and our office will no longer use this Subway location.

We had a group order via Door dash with 7 different sandwiches. The complaint I have is when the order was delivered, none of the sandwiches were marked or labeled stating what kind under the wrapper..I had to open the sandwiches to see which ones they were and they were all in 1 bag.
