They have a sign up saying they take coupons but the older lady working there would not take my coupon. I showed her the sign. She said she didn’t care that her boss said no coupons. So I walked out with no food. I will never go there again.

I consistently have a great experience at this Subway location! Every time I visit, I notice two young women who do an excellent job. They maintain a clean environment and keep the line moving efficiently, all while providing friendly and courteous service. Their hard work truly enhances the dining experience. Highly recommend this spot!

This is worst subway , I had a pick up order , it was ready when I arrived and I gave them 5 extra min . My sandwiches weren’t made correctly literally only the breast and meat choice was right . Imagine if I had an allergy and they just disregarded everything on the ticket and put what they wanted cause that’s basically what happened .

Always a 20 minute wait time to start ordering. Staff very disgruntled and some out right rude.

I didn't get his name but the young gentleman did an excellent job. He was the only person working & it was the lunch rush. The line was long but he kept a level head.

I gave a 1 star rating because the employee was alone in the restaurant at 7:30PM, dinner rush. A line out the door and only one employee. The Owner, Area Director, and GM (in that order) should be ASHAMED of themselves. This particular employee, Marco, is often the only employee in store. He ALSO provides great service, friendly attitude, quick food, and 100% order accuracy. I go to this Subway once a week and he is ALWAYS the one who serves us, even if there is one more employee in the store. He deserves recognition, at the very least, not to be left alone to run the business during peak business hours.

tony is an amazing manager! he was working all by himself when i came in, but still provided excellent customer service and kept everything running smoothly. super friendly, fast, and professional

Just went to subway its 9:15pm they close at 10pm and they have the doors locked while a lady and a kid is there. If i could give negative stars i would. Dont display your hours of operation SUBWAY if your not going by them.

Came to grab a sandwich at 9:30, thought they closed at 10 but doors were already locked… workers still inside but guess they wanted to close shop early. Pls update store hours :)

Got a blt sub today, it was horrible. Barley had no meat on it. Literally only had 2 pieces of pepperoni. 2 pieces of salami and one piece of ham and my bread was soggy. i don’t think i’ll ever be getting food from this subway again. Please do better.

We have ordered from this Subway for years and I can share that unless you stand there and order the food and they make it in front of you. Whatever you do please don’t order on the app and let them make it, your food is 9 out of 10 times wrong. We have tried this location at least 7 times and 7 times it’s been wrong!

First the bread is never right, they don’t seem to have the right bread available. The staff seems pretty nice they just seem either overwhelmed or unable to get the order right. I hope they get it together sooner than later!

Absolutely terrible location. Meatballs looked absolutely disgusting with the container completely wide open. All the toppings we're almost frozen. They had the refrigeration for the toppings too cold. You could tell that the tomatoes, jalapenos, and pickles were about to be frozen they were changing colors.. then you had cucumbers on the side of the container that were completely frozen. Manager (I think) was too busy worrying about his new special to actually help customers in line. Sauces tasted like they were old. Bread was fresh. Place needed a deep clean. Overall food did not taste very good, Sandwiches were barely cut. Don't recommend going.

I patronage this location frequently and I have to say this above all else..the closing up shop 2 hours before the actual closing time which is 10pm falls under false advertisement.. all while the open sign is still shining bright..and this has happened on multiple occasions and needs to be addressed, this is also considered bad customer service

Came to this store and automatically told us they were close but when you look up they’re hours it states they close @10 pm

It just didn't feel like a subway.. The vegetables were very limited,and then to get home with a bug in on one of the sandwiches. I really am surprised these folk has been here so long... I will choose Publix before I revisit this location...
