They don't greet you when you come in and refuse to take your order at the counter. They require you to use the kiosk. They are normally just carrying on with foul language in the back but today the 2 employees at the counter talking never even bothered to to look up at us as the lady was telling the male employee that her pants were too tight even though she wasn't wearing any panties. As I looked up the make cracked up and said she heard you, the lady said so I'm really not wearing any panties. But she said it even louder this time for us and the 7 or 8 other patrons to all hear. This location has been going down hill for a long time. They might as well just shut it down.
In picking up online order, noone greeted me, finally got the attention of someone on the phone in the back only to discover the order had not been started yet. Very much a waste of time standing waiting on food and having to listen to employees discuss basketball. Will NOT be going back again!!!

The woman that was taking the drive thru orders around 6:10 deserves a raise! Super pleasant and professional! She didn’t rush me while I was ordering the food & she wasn’t rude like the majority of people are. After a long day at work, I really appreciate this. Thank you!!!!
I would like to recognize Ashley for her FIVE STAR SERVICE. She was very pleasant and accommodating. I had two issues with my order and even in that what I want to be known is my appreciation for Ashley’s amazing hospitality. Keep up the great work Ashley. As someone who’s been in hospitality for 20 plus years you’re GREAT!

This is easily the best taco bell I have ever experienced, and I have lived on both coasts AND the Midwest. Somehow, every time I get food from this taco bell, it is the best taco bell I have ever ordered. These employees put their whole taco bussy into these quesadillas and tacos, and I cannot appreciate it enough. Thank you for blessing my 1am food cravings time and time again ?
