Powder Springs location always screws up our order. This is the last time we are going here. Out of the 5 items we ordered 2 were correct. They left out one item and instead of a Mexican pizza we got nacho chips with pizza toppings on it in a pizza box. Instead of burrito we got some taco thing we never heard of. Going to Hiram location from here on out!!

Speaking honestly, I would not hope for much if you come to this location.Make sure to check your order - twice. They will mess up multiple times on the same order. They will also make you a lower-priority while fixing the mistake if you let them know they missed items / did something wrong, so you can expect a typical expereince here that SHOULD be quick to take anywhere from 15-30 minutes.The general attitude is dismissive at best, and frequently is just plain disrespectful or rude at worst. Do not expect to hear an "I'm sorry" in any way, shape, or form. Expect multiple items to be out as their machines frequently do not work. Expect to be ripped off if you use the app because they will tell you the difference will be refunded if there are items short in order to get you out of their drivethru / store.DO NOT TAKE THIS LOCATION AT ITS WORD. UNDER ANY SCENARIO. CHECK. EVERYTHING. If you are shorted items / charged extra, get a refund on-the-spot for it, DO NOT take their word for it.The food they make tends to come out underprepared and poor quality, and the convenience of trying to get something fast is juts not worth it at this location.Avoid at all costs; they effectively take your money while not providing the appropriate services and will blatently lie to avoid having to do work. They are disgustingly lazy and they should be ashamed.

I had an issue with my food and Brandon didn’t hesitate to assist me. He offered a speedy resolution without allowing me to feel any more uncomfortable as a customer bringing my issue to him. Excellent customer service is few these days but this young man should be rewarded. He is definitely management material! Coming from someone whose been in sales management for over 15 years. Thanks Brandon.

They did not get my order correct and rushed us to order. Once we got our order we had a drink incorrect and our tacos were wrong as well. It just seemed rushed through the whole process and there wasn't even anyone inside nor behind us waiting so its not like they were busy.

Given it was quite late, around 1-2AM, we were sure the employees working there were not happy when we showed up in the drive-thru wanting to order. It was obviously open, but it was a long pause of silence when we were waiting in the drive-thru to get someone to talk to us. We were able to order a few things, limited menu items since it was late, and they were going to close soon. We ordered 8 beef burritos, and they gave us plenty of hot sauce packets...Except there seemed to be no beef at all in the burritos. It was literally all beans.

Horrible location they really need a good manager at this location. How do I suppose to open for breakfast at 8 but never open they always have an excuse for not opening or they just don’t answer the drive thru or even open the doors . Just close this store because the whole store is

This location is in dire need of assistance. They always seem understaffed, super slow, and without fail I am ALWAYS disappointed. Whether it’s burned food, missing items, or just bad flavor. I will not be going here anymore. Paying for disappointment, I think not.

This location is by far the worse location, I went to this location last night 9/23 to get a cravings box I was told they are not doing the cravings boxes tonight ok w/e.I came to this location again tonight 9/24 and asked if they are doing the cravings box, the gentleman working the ordering said no, I don’t think so….. what does that mean….i was annoyed I didn’t get a direct answer so I ordered something else, got to the window and the young lady working the window didn’t have no sense of customer service at all no nothing, I can definitely see why this location has a 3.2 and it should be lower. Really ridiculous

I went there and go to the drive thru and there were working just sitting outside doing nothing tell me to come in the lobby. So I went in the lobby nobody took my order I was standing there for 30 minutes and I walked out. This restaurant has the worst service ever and I don’t love here I live in Texas and they do a better job than them
