TouchDown Wings at Powder Springs

I’ve had a lot of issues with this location with my food not being fully cooked and me having to bring it back during my lunch break. I will never eat from here again because I got the worst stomach ache of my life. I was literally in tears from the pain and vomiting. I had to take sleep medication just to not feel the pain anymore.

Extremely disappointing....first time ordering from here and very doubtful we will do it again! The fries were cold & mushy, not even close to being fully cooked. The wings were soo small, they were like "parakeet wings". And the cake was dry & stale, definitely not fresh! Would I recommend this restaurant or food, that would be a NO.??

Food was great however while I waited for about 10 mins, the girl working 11/9 around 4:15 was loudly talking about how annoyed she was by bad customers. I can understand being frustrated but it was just super unprofessional and negative. It went on and on too. It put a negative cloud over everyone and the girl she was working with seemed to even be a bit flustered and brought down by the complaining girl. Other than that great experience

I usually enjoy the food here and love the wings & burgers. So, I had high expectations trying the chicken gyro and it's one of the worst things I've eaten anywhere. First, the meat isn't cooked with gyro flavors, it's just a very bland piece of chicken, no tzatziki sauce, no cucumbers, super watery and loaded with way too much lettuce. It was just a basic chicken wrap with very little flavor, calling it a gyro is like calling a piece of bread topped with a cheese slice & a few pepperoni a pizza. Disappointing fake-out.

The young lady that took my order was obvious that she did not like working there.
No greeting, no how you doing or nothing
.The wings were not good the lemon pepper seasoning did not taste like lemon pepper at all tasted like salt.
I guess I should have checked the reviews before going.
Never going back.

The wings are pretty decent, I love how close to home this place is in terms of distance that I got to drive. The fries getting nasty after it gets cold though. The chicken Philly cheesesteak with everything on it is pretty good.

Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair accessible as you can get onto the sidewalk from the street without having to hurdle yourself over the curb.

I was there today for the first time me and coworker we order food so I decided to tell the cashier that I wanted onion rings instead of fries and add a slice of the lemon cake to my order which was the 6pc shrimp and whiting fish she was acting like she got upset with me .when she rung up my order she put it in as something else after almost 30 minutes my was done eating I counted 5 customers come in order at the counter let me remind you they were not picking up pre-orders when my food come out I thinking quietly i paid $22.00 for this as I'm walking away (she says to the her coworker I did it on purpose )that not good service bad attitude along with lousy food I will not be back by the way I read the other reviews don't try to sugercoat anything on your reviews (get it together or close the the door ) onion rings don't sound okra with raw hush puppies and tasteless fish

Horrible food. Ordered delivery and not only were my wings bone in instead of boneless, they were extremely soggy (I work in a restaurant I know wings don’t carry well) beyond normal and the sauce was a neon yellow color that tasted inedible. I would not recommend….

GOOD THING MACLAND WINGS WILL SUBSTITUTE SIDES! DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING IN AN ORDER! They take other orders WHILE YOUR TRYING TO PLACE YOUR ORDER. When you ask a question they either don't understand or speak english. They handed the phone to someone else who did speak English. I understand everyone may speak a different language. But dont have those people ANSWER THE PHONES!! They wouldn't even substitute the side for a different side!! Why have sides if we can't pick them!?Would of paid for it but that wasn't an option. I will NEVER be back and will make sure and tell everyone I know! Your customer service REAALLLYYY needs some help. Would of given them 0 stars.

Just had a disgusting, to say the least, experience at this location. Looking at previous reviews, what I experienced is nothing new.

Came to pick up an order on behalf of a customer. As I’m waiting in line to be assisted, another person…, cuts in front of me with an open plate of food in her hand. I wait to see if she was truly going to cut in front of me without saying anything. As expected ..she does.

Instead of the cashier telling her that I was waiting in line in front of her, she takes her no problem. I then speak up for myself and tell the woman that, as she knew, I was standing in front of her. She seemed surprised that I called out her deplorable behavior, and stated that she just wanted to return the food she ordered. Notwithstanding, that’s not common courtesy; and she knew it. I said to her, “While that may be understandable, you cutting in line and not letting me know is not the way to go about it.” Again, pikachu shocked face that I not only confronted her but rightfully so.

These type of restaurants typically do NOT cater to people with respect. I’m always confused why ppl patron these establishments and willingly give their hard earned money for trash service and food. If they treat you this way up front, imagine how they’re treating your food in the back.

Lastly, the manager (seemingly) replied when asked, that the order would take 10 minutes because there were “a lot of items”. Mind you, this order was supposed to be ready for pickup. I left.

Due to the deplorable service, witnessing a dine-in patron returning their food, and unprofessionalism, I cannot recommend this place.

We arrived at opening, and although the place was clean, the manager/owner Shelly's attitude when taking our order was unwelcoming, resulting in our departure. I will not return to this location.

I wish I didn't have to leave a star at all. I walked in at 11am. No greeting, Shelly walked to the counter huffing and puffing, still no GREETTING! No worries, I proceeded to place my order and every other word was, "is that it" I said no my husband would like to order, by then I see a ATTITUDE on her face, so I say...."Are you ok?", her response "What!" I repeat myself, "are you ok?" ...NO!! so I tell my husband, I don't wanna eat here....mind you FIRST TIME customer! I ask to speak with a manager, she is the manager and OWNER!! PLEASE STAY AWAY, AND DO NOT SPEND YALL MONEY HERE!! You RUDE AND NASTY for NO reason. Your doors just had opened at 11am. We were the very 1st customer inside of the restaurant!! I will NEVER COME HERE. THANK GOD I DIDNT SPEND MY MONEY HERE! I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AT THIS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT!! STAY AWAY!!
