Fix your online orders! The purpose of online ordering is not to wait. So why am I ordering online and getting notifications that pickup is ready, then I arrive and have to wait for 45 minutes?

You know, when you're really excited for some food, you hadn't eaten in a long time. That was me today with waffle house... I don't know when but this location has gone so downhill. The establishment is dirty, unorganized & doesn't care about its customers. The manager also has no concern for how disorganized everything is. I waited over 30 min for them to realize they lost the ticket. I then spent another thirty to forty five minutes waiting on my order. I got to waffle house around 10 AM, I'm leaving at 11:30... for a To Go order! That I don't even really wanna eat now, that I spent so much time seeing how dirty the establishment is and how dirty the cooking area is. Literally saw a guy pour blood on the floor from the steak bag. I've been going to this same Waffle House since it was built but I will be going across town now instead.
Nothing against this specific Waffle House the service we received was great for 1am. But the fact that a triple stack of waffles used to cost 1.96 and now its $5 dollars and toppings are now and extra .50. Paying $15 for 3 waffles is why yall have so many fights.

Shame on me for not checking my meal before leaving! Got home and wasn't what i thought I ordered and the meat was dried out like leather found a piece of I believe was plastic. I would not recommend this waffle house! Go to Florence Rd.You don't put the condiments end with a meal.
