I ordered a Dave’s Double combo here, my first clue to leave should have been when the young lady taking my order asked “What number is that” She then handed me a cup covered with an unknown sticky substance. When the food was ready, it was nothing close to what I ordered. Honestly surprised to see the rating for this place is 2.9. I’d think it would be lower!

Obviously app orders and door dash causes massive confusion for the only person capable of working the counter. Walk in order; fries overly salted and cold as was the chicken nuggets.

We only go here because its close. Got to be the worst Wendys ever. Fries are refried to make em hot. Burgers are dry. So is the service. They do one car at a time even when busy. Card machine always down. Always missing a random topping. One day no tomatoes. One day no lettuce. Cant scan the deals on the app. Just terrible. Clean house, clean store, start over.

This store is horrible. Customer service sucks, wait time sucks and the workers attitudes suck. This is absolutely one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. It used to be good but it has declined since covid, drastically.

I had to come back because they forgot an entire meal in my order, and on top of that, they left out the Takis chips from the Takis Fuego Meal. The person at the register didn’t seem rude, but they looked kind of annoyed or distracted—maybe it was a rough shift. Still, I paid for everything and expected to get my full order the first time. Definitely frustrating.

Go to Hiram, or pick another restaurant!!! Absolutely horrible service. Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes to order with only one car in front of me (I should have just left) then another 25 minutes to get my food after I paid. Not a single “I’m sorry this is taking so long” or any communication. It seems to be a continuous problem at this location. The workers were incredibly rude, and the manager (I’m assuming) kept wiping his hand across his nose while handling food/bags/drinks.

My husband ordered a 50 piece original chk nugget for my kids and instead of making that they threw in spicy chk nuggets to account for the 50 I ordered. Lazy and sneaky by putting them on the bottom. This Wendy's is a mess.

I ordered a lettuce wrapped Son of Baconator. It was not wrapped in lettuce and it had one piece of bacon! And I added a tomato and they just threw the Tomato on top of it

This is one of the worst Wendy's on the planet. You will ALWAYS be disappointed. They need to CLEAN HOUSE and get an entire new crew. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. They are always out of something. They close at 11pm but you can't get a frosty at 10pm? One time they were out of fries! They're full of ish.

Restrooms were filthy. It took 35 minutes to take my order at the counter and get my food. At least 10 people walked out due to such slow service. Fries were overcooked and underseasoned. 10/10 do not recommend.
