So drove thru to order a simple chicken sandwich, with bacon, and fries. The person taking my order confirmed this. I pulled up to the window and a different person (manager-shown in back with a black hat) gave me my order with a smile. I pulled in a parking spot to eat but there was no bacon. Proceeded to go back thru drive thru and was told to wait for the replacement sandwich. After 7 minutes the manager comes to my car with a new sandwich however this is spicy. I only noticed it after the first bite burned my throat. Went back in and told manager who apologized as he was counting a money drawer. Then a cook from the back comes out and said I was lying. She actually had the clerk (or he did I willingly-wearing headset) who took my order retrieve it from the trash! They wanted me to see how it looked like it was regular. I was appalled!!!! Then she proceeds to argue with me about the shade of color of the chicken as she lays the meat out on the counter. I asked her to eat a piece, she refused but stood there with her hands on her hips. At this point I had to calm down before I ended up on TikTok! I immediately asked the manager to prepare my sandwich which he happily did, even gave me more fries. I will only be back here when the Manager David is present. WOW🤦🏽‍♂️

11/12/25 Came thru at 8:45AM they say their close & don't open until 9. Im like since when because I’ve definitely been here before then but didn’t find this out until 5min of waiting before I pulled up to the window. So they I left & came back around 9:15-25 to a line so I say cool their open but once I got to the speaker she say they no longer sale breakfast at this location so at this point I’m beyond frustrated because I’ve passed a couple Wendy’s to hit this once since it’s close to the job. This Wendy’s gives me franchise vibes because it’s always something here so today could’ve been a simple sign in the drive thru that says we don’t open until 9 & no longer selling breakfast instead of playing a guessing game.

Closes at 11pm ! Meaning that’s the time you stop serving . Came to drive thru at 10:45 and they’re closed and some are already in their car . Smh .

Horrific employees every time I come here they manage to mess up my food then treat it like it is my fault that they messed up, do not come here unless you want rude service and the wrong food

I ordered a Dave’s Double combo here, my first clue to leave should have been when the young lady taking my order asked “What number is that” She then handed me a cup covered with an unknown sticky substance. When the food was ready, it was nothing close to what I ordered. Honestly surprised to see the rating for this place is 2.9. I’d think it would be lower!

Obviously app orders and door dash causes massive confusion for the only person capable of working the counter. Walk in order; fries overly salted and cold as was the chicken nuggets.

We only go here because its close. Got to be the worst Wendys ever. Fries are refried to make em hot. Burgers are dry. So is the service. They do one car at a time even when busy. Card machine always down. Always missing a random topping. One day no tomatoes. One day no lettuce. Cant scan the deals on the app. Just terrible. Clean house, clean store, start over.

This store is horrible. Customer service sucks, wait time sucks and the workers attitudes suck. This is absolutely one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. It used to be good but it has declined since covid, drastically.

I had to come back because they forgot an entire meal in my order, and on top of that, they left out the Takis chips from the Takis Fuego Meal. The person at the register didn’t seem rude, but they looked kind of annoyed or distracted—maybe it was a rough shift. Still, I paid for everything and expected to get my full order the first time. Definitely frustrating.

Go to Hiram, or pick another restaurant!!! Absolutely horrible service. Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes to order with only one car in front of me (I should have just left) then another 25 minutes to get my food after I paid. Not a single “I’m sorry this is taking so long” or any communication. It seems to be a continuous problem at this location. The workers were incredibly rude, and the manager (I’m assuming) kept wiping his hand across his nose while handling food/bags/drinks.
