3:30pm on Friday when I arrived, no customers inside and 1 maybe 2 in the drive through. I waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo while other people are getting food. Finally I had to ask for my food. Big suprise! My food wasn't even hot is the biggest disappointment.

Horrible service arrived at 10 they closed at 11 and they said they didn’t want to make more food why are you getting paid to work if you don’t want to work . The worker even asked the supervisor if they should still take orders so obviously there’s the problem as well.

Ordered through drive through. Employees were nice. My classic chicken sandwich combo was missing pickles. I ate it immediately after receiving it. The chicken tasted old and it was only lukewarm. The fries were hot but not crispy, they were chewy/damp. Tasted a bit like both fries and chicken were reheated and not fresh

As a local business operator the service at this restaurant is horrible! As a local patron I should not feel that I’m a problem as a customer. My wife and I tried the drive thru for a third occasion against my better judgment and WELL WHAT WOULD YOU EXPECT SAME RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE 😡
Everything we ordered was answered with “are you finished ” in a very negative way like we were a problem. BETTER TRAINING WOULD DEFINITELY HELP!!! I myself will avoid this restaurant at all cost in the future.
Training your employees would definitely benefit your 3.8 star google rating!!!

Dirty, , inside floors look like they haven’t been mopped for weeks, dumpster doors wide open side walk dirty and greasy, I never seen a Wendy’s so filthy, been a loyal customer all my life, not a sparkle restaurant, what a shame

Was sold a couple of beans and mostly liquid. Won't be back.
Some of the employees need to be trained on customer service and professionalism. If you can’t hear a customer via the intercom the correct response is not “I CANT HEAR YOU” in a rude tone and then followed by “you can pull up” with the same attitude. Needless to say I pulled off without grabbing my order because I did not trust this young lady handling my food. A previous order was missing an item and I didn’t bother to go back since I was crunched for time. Definitely won’t be back. Giving two stars since I’ve never had a problem with my regular order of fries or potatoes.

Poorly run. Can never seem to get any orders correct. Given them many chances to do so. Food quality is very poor. If you decide to order anything with cheese then be prepared for the cheese to be old and hard from sitting out too long. Seems to be an atmosphere of kids who don’t care barely managing kids who don’t care.
This location has gone downhill progressively over time.
My family and I will not ever be returning to this location.
Save your money and go somewhere else.

After my daughter won her softball game, she requested to have Wendy’s. My husband arrives to Wendy’s and ordered a Baconator, a Dave’s Double and a chocolate frosty. When he checked the bag he noticed that there was no bacon on either of the sandwiches. He pulled back to the drive thru to explain to the young lady who took the money, that there was no bacon on the sandwiches. She took the receipt and told my husband that she would get the cook to make a new sandwich. When she returned to the window, she said, “He said because we are low on inventory, can he just give you the bacon.” My husband refused and said he wanted the sandwich he paid for. My husband said, “Can he come here?” When he came to the window and said, “Why you can’t just put the bacon on the sandwich?” My husband said because that’s not what I ordered. The guy continued to refuse to give my husband his correct sandwich and my husband refused because we paid for a $23 meal and did’t get what he paid for. Because my husband refused, the guy threatened to call the police. This made my 10 year old terrified and she started to cry. She said she didn’t want to get in trouble. By the way she recorded the entire thing and we are very disappointed with the service of the guy and the disrespect of the cook . What’s even more disappointing is how my 10 year old was nonstop crying from the trauma he caused by his irritate behavior.

Never got served, waited in line and when I was the next up to order. I asked if she was ready for me to be polite and she threw her hands up in an I don't know fashion. Then the guy waiting behind me jumped in front of me to place his order, and I waited to see if the lady was going to say anything and she didn't so I left. She didn't want to take my order I suppose.
