Worst Wendy's ever. I stopped going a few years ago because of multiple bad experiences. Decided to try again and ordered the new orange flavored Frosty. They didn't have it (only had chocolate) but had the advertisement on the window. Stay away from the Wendy's on Richard D Sailors in Powder Springs, GA. You're guaranteed some type of bad experience.

Just got back from drive thru and got order wrong again,this used to be a really good location but has been going downhill.ordered unsweetened tea and for the at least 10th time has got this part wrong even after asked if it was unsweetened the guy said yes.got our sons drink wrong again he asked for mellow yellow and they gave him sprite.it’s not that hard kids but this site lacks serious management

This makes me sick to my stomach. this is in my top 3 worst restaurants and it is on the top above ihope and mcdonald’s. That a true disappointment. maybe in another life time ?♀️

Watched 3 people eating while taking orders and preparing food. Girl with long blue braids was eating fries out of the heater area. Guy making a bowl of chili saying he wouldn’t eat “this slop”. Guy at the door smoking a cigarette with his headset on for taking orders. Left without my order. Won’t be back.

My burgers were not cooked they were nearly raw. Didn’t know until I got home with them. I should have known better since the car I front of me returned their entire order and waited for another to be prepared. This location will not see me again. Lazy is the only word I can think of.
