On three separate occasions I was disappointed with my order. I have ordered the eggrolls that seemed to be out of shape and flat! On two occasions I have ordered boneless wings that tasted dry and stale! Each time I am already home unable to return the meal. This is extremely annoying and disappointing. Please take your time on every order. Each meal purchased should be enjoyed!
The chicken was burnt, then when I asked for a cup holder for 4 drinks the girl at the window hands me the empty cup holder then Gave me all 4 drinks one by one…. You playing in my face

This Zaxbys is pretty good. Just your standard Zaxbys. Not any better or worse than any other Zaxbys. Service is usually friendly. Food is always good.

The cashier was super sweet, but I did not get my wings. They were not very concerned when I thought I was missing a fry and then the guy made me feel like I was inconveniencing him and then I get home and I don’t even have my wings he assured me that everything was in my box, but the cashier was super sweet. I don’t know what her name was. I can’t remember but the atmospherewas interesting to say the least.

I had to walk in to Zaxbys even though I said curbside and told the them everything to do curbside also no one had knowledge me walking in and me taking the food without asking for approval if that was my meal.

Not gonna lie, while in the drive through I seen probably the biggest rat I've ever seen running back and forth along the back wall by the dumpster. Needless to say my appetite was all the way destroyed. I did the honorable thing and paid for my meal but I did not eat it. Do what you will with this information.

The Powder Springs Zaxby’s feels almost like home! First off it’s 5 minutes from my home so it’s super convenient. Second since it’s so close I allowed my sons to ride their bikes there to grab themselves some lunch. Imani R and her staff served them with perfection and didn’t try to punish them for being in the store without an adult. You’d be surprised how some establishments treat two 13 year olds and an 10 year old! Thank you Powder Springs Zaxby’s for feeling just like home for our entire family!

The girl in the drive thru with the locs had a terrible attitude! This is the third time I’ve come to this location and the person in the drive thru attitude is bad. I’m going to just start driving further to a different location. They never give receipts so you can never do a proper compliant.
