Giving the fact that fast food everywhere can be hit or miss. This Zaxby’s has it days as well but overall I’m just glad we have a fast food restaurant in our area that’s convenient whenever I have a problem I simply ask them to fix it and the do a well job at fixing my complaint. Jasmine is the Sweetest and always share a warm smile Tamya, Devine, Tyasiah, Lauryn, and several others are always welcoming and sweet when I go and the food is always hot and delicious and my favorite are their traditional wings they are always cooked to perfection with the right amount of crisp 🤌🏽 hit or miss I’ll always return.

Food is always undercooked or burnt. Check your order before leaving, it’s probably wrong. Many times I’ve had my food just sitting there for a while until I asked if it was ready. Super slow staff.

Absolutely the worst Zaxby's I have ever been to. The customer service is poor, the organization of the staff is herendous, the manager lacked luster. The line outside was backed up for a long time so I decided to go inside to be met with an even worse situation. This location is in desperate need of help and retraining.

Zaxbys, your restaurant is good, the chicken was delicious, and your toast was scrumptious, but the problem I have with you is your gosh darn fries!!!! When I took a bite of your fries, I felt like I was eating a salt infested chip with no sauce!!!! This is a health violation!!!! and can you decrease your fries salt please?!!!!

Just drive to HIRAM. You can make it to Hiram order your food, receive your food, drive back to powder springs and the food still won’t be ready at this Brownsville location. The wait time is ridiculously long.
