I was on holiday from the little old England, looking for a decent meal, drove from Americus GA, out here. Family run place, grew from hot dog van to the current place. Great food, great conversation with the owners. Close to historic Plains, Georgia. If you want a nice meal come to Preston, Ga population 2000 where everybody knows your name. I'd give it 6 stars if you could do that. Fresh cut fries and Onion Rings out of this world. Thanks very much for a nice steak.
Triple H Diner is now called Gabby's Diner. Different owner I think. We have called in orders and the other night we went in and ate. Young lady must have been new. She was slow and kept asking if they had Different things we asked her. The owner would answer her questions. The sweet tea was good. I had the country fried steak with gravy, asked for a baked potatoe (she had to ask if they had some) then had to ask if I could substitute the coleslaw for the baked potatoe and...
