Had to wait 20 mins to be served. Then BBQ sauce and white milk was missing. Had to go back to store to get it. Also Happy meal toy was incorrect. When questioned about it all they said what I got was their backup toy. Will not be going to that store again!

Ordered my usual from any McDonald’s, double hamburger with extra pickles / Large fry. Waited over 30min for the food. Hamburger didn’t have any pickles, asked if they could put some on it to be told “ we’re out of pickles “.

Ordered my food in the drive thru. Asked for a sweet tea to drink. No sweet tea. Should of been my first warning. Went ahead anyway. I got the steak egg and cheese bagel. Got to the window and was asked to pull forward. After a short wait I got my food and left. That was the second mistake. The bagel was very DRY. Would of been better off getting a bag of cotton balls to eat with. Hashbrown was hot but very very greasy. Ended up throwing the bagel away and eating the steak egg and cheese. Steak was like rubber. Chewy and stringy.

Went on a Sunday afternoon had the 5 dollar deal got to the windows first they gave us the wrong order 2 fish sandwiches then we got our order and they forgot our fries then wanted to argue about it

I was the only one in line and waited over 15min just to have my order taken. When they handed out an order to other customers, there was almost always something they had forgotten/wrong with their order. Think this spot could really use some new management!!! Asap
This is literally the worst McDonald’s on the planet. It’s always something wrong rather is the staff being nasty. The system going down and taking 20 minutes to order your food and get it or someone didn’t show up to work. I literally just left the drive-through line and I just decided I had enough I had supposed to survey. It is trash. Do not stop at this. McDonald’s. If you are in a rush to get somewhere expecting your food to be fresh expecting good customer service or expecting food in General Really needs to close down at this point
