Food was under cooked, service took forever, employees were rude and didn't care, employees also started vaping and smoking when customers left, all tables and the floor was nasty and looked sticky. Terrible location.

4/8/2024 9pm The store manager Cirilo Vazquez has no love or courtesy for customer service. I ordered 2 double 1/4lb burgers plain. They sent it out with cheese. Then he tells me I ordered it wrong. Filed a complaint with corporate who refunded my purchase of food that was thrown at me and my daughter while waiting for the new burgers at the drive through. Then he locked himself in the building threatened to kick my a** and was bragging how it was all on video. He called the police claiming I was drunk, so I patiently waited for their arrival. We talked to them and then they went inside to talk to the manager. After 20 or so minutes the police officer came out just as frustrated as we were stating that he got into an altercation with the manager himself.No coke, cups, or ice cream for weeks on end,Parking lot and drive through are dark with no lights on. Very unsafe.No More McDonald’s

Worst service ever. All I wanted was a frozen coke. Musta been at the drive thru 20 minutes. Employee finally came towards the window... but she just refilled her drink cup and walked off sucking on the straw. Finally I got out of the car (I was a passenger) went inside and said " hey, I'm still at the drive thru waiting on my frozen coke" and the young woman who took my payment at window #1 saw me snd said "I'm sorry" and brought me a frozen coke which was only filled to about 3 inches from the top! My mother was still in the car at the drive thru. Looked like one person was working, everybody else just standing around looking dazed and confused.

Staff did not want to take your order in person, wanted you to use the kiosk.( It was broken, just like the ice cream machine ) The staff also had a liquor bottle in the kitchen area for everyone and God to see! I would NOT recommend this place at all !!!!

This is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I am from Texas and just moved to Quitman GA a couple months ago. Texas McDonald's are nothing like this McDonald's in Quitman. First of all we had to wait over 15 minutes in the drive through and they were not even busy. Second, they do not know what they are doing, after placing ur order and drive up to the window they do not know what u just ordered and u have to repeat ur order again and wait. Third, what McDonald's runs out of sodas, tea and juice? This McDonald's has been out of drinks for a month now which is ridiculous! This place is a joke! Plus their credit card machine does not work either. Very disappointing! This is the most unorganized McDonald's I have ever been to.

the worst McDonald’s experience I ever had in my life. Spent 50$ for 4 burgers 2 fries and 2 happy meals. Meat was so cold, they left the cheese off my McDoubles. Fries was soggy and cold. Shut this place down!!!!

This McDonald's used to be the local joke. WIth half hour wait times for a handful of cars and a 50% chance of getting what you ordered, this was a place you only ate at as a last resort. Lately though the wait times have been lower with friendlier staff. The order accuracy and food quality have been great lately as well. Would recommend giving this place another chance.

Went inside because they forgot the sauce I paid for. Then they ignored me while I stood at the counter. 4 people saw me, 0 spoke to me. They laughed, cussed, played around. I just left. Ridiculous.

Truly a total and complete hateful experience....after setting at the server window and waiting 10 minutes...I honked my horn for service....and woman slammed the window open and told me to wait my (GD) time...mind you after setting there, with no one coming to the window to explain why or what..I flew hot...and spoke my mind back...then the server cussed me and said she would SPIT in my (GD) face..I drove off because she isn't worth going to jail about...I WILL NEVER shop there again and have contacted corporate about this...
