When you order NO CHEESE. IT MEANS NO CHEESE! EVEN THE APPLICATION SAID NO AMERICAN CHEESE ..BUT THEY PUTCHERSR ON IT! BOOOOOO....NO CHEESE. NADA!

I would rate it a negative number but 1 star will have to do. Bathrooms would never pass an inspection. Wanted to order but no employees could be found , accept for the one outside sitting against the building wall and the ones gathered to assist drive-thru.

This place is horrible. The staff are poorly trained, Unhygienic, and super rude. I don’t know how the owner is making any money on this store. Waited 20 minutes for a #3 yesterday because they said it’s cooked to order. The burger was cold and hard as were the fries. The man at the counter was in plain clothes telling us (the customers) we better be glad he was there or nobody would be getting their orders and that he shouldn’t have come in on his day off. He just left and the manager peeked her head around the corner every few minutes as if to see if we would just leave. I wanted my money back but there wasn’t anyone there to give me my money.

Service is with an attitude, food is never hot, fresh, nor correctly made. I have contacted the owner of the franchise and he really doesn't care how his employees treat the customers.

For some reason there ice cream machine is always Brocken...... not cool. Someone should address this.
I went through the drive and ordered a Big Mac, fries and drink. I sat at the window for 14 minutes. The cashier said the kitchen was slow tonight. Unbelievable.
