Twice, I have came to this Burger King for breakfast while it says it's open and nobody comes to the drive, nobody's at the counter, but yet everything is turned on, it's like the employees are hiding and not doing anything. And if it's because the hours are different from what's posted, then they need to be updated. This is ridiculous.

I’ve been sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one is replying. It’s 3:51 on Monday and it appears that they have a full crew, I’ve driven to the window twice and received no acknowledgment both times.

Came to pickup some food while on the road
Deanni was the cashier and she was rude beyond understanding it was so blatant it was disrespectful me and my husband came in she didn’t even acknowledge me she took his order and gave us the total he had to tell her we’re not done ordering and then she took my order and walked away never asked if that was all
Or anything just completely inconsiderate and I’ll never come to this establishment again because of the way I was treated by Deanni she shouldn’t be allowed to be this rude and disrespectful to customers I’m a trucker I’m on the road everyday I can’t believe this type of treatment is acceptable!!!

I have been to this location multiple times. It’s always under staffed and something is always broke. Drive thru never is operational. As a business owner myself customer service is my top priority, it’s very much lacking here.

The sign says Burger King, but this Burger King is not honor to Burger King coupons that’s why I did not buy and I will never buy anything from them. They say they are belong to TA truckstop. If it is so then they need to take out Burger King sign off from the place.

My food was so good! I was surprised how fresh my croissan’wich was because it was almost time for breakfast to be over. I should have taken pictures, but I ate it. Ooopsss! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Oh I almost forgot about the cashier at the window she smiled and told me to “be careful.” I appreciate her kind gesture. 😊

Always dirty. Counters disgusting. Floors disgusting. Buns on the food is always hard as a rock and been sitting under a heating lamp. If you want something fresh you have to actually ask for it to be prepared fresh but still half the time the buns are still hard as a rock. The prices are crazy for how disgusting this place is.

This place is disgusting! Filthy floors and counters. Sick employee working making burgers. If you are sick stay home! Employees look like they just rolled outta bed in their pajamas. Do better
