I have been to this location multiple times. It’s always under staffed and something is always broke. Drive thru never is operational. As a business owner myself customer service is my top priority, it’s very much lacking here.

The sign says Burger King, but this Burger King is not honor to Burger King coupons that’s why I did not buy and I will never buy anything from them. They say they are belong to TA truckstop. If it is so then they need to take out Burger King sign off from the place.

My food was so good! I was surprised how fresh my croissan’wich was because it was almost time for breakfast to be over. I should have taken pictures, but I ate it. Ooopsss! 🤦🏼♀️ Oh I almost forgot about the cashier at the window she smiled and told me to “be careful.” I appreciate her kind gesture. 😊

Always dirty. Counters disgusting. Floors disgusting. Buns on the food is always hard as a rock and been sitting under a heating lamp. If you want something fresh you have to actually ask for it to be prepared fresh but still half the time the buns are still hard as a rock. The prices are crazy for how disgusting this place is.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 mins, no answer. Parked the car, grabbed the sleeping toddler out of dream land and went inside. Lady at the counter was nice enough. She explained how they were understaffed and some items were unavailable because they were out. I mean out of regular hamburger buns.... at a burger King, anyways no biggie they just used different buns. I had a large order 10 sandwiches altogether. Didn't take to long to get them when I got home and we went to eat them I realized why, way over cooked, every single patty was dry and had obviously been reheated more than once. At 5 dollars a burger this is completely unacceptable. Kids wouldn't even eat them and they will eat almost anything. Ended up throwing most of them out. Sad experience won't be going back.

Walked in I was greeted almost immediately very respectful I got my food at a timely manner very clean food was hot and good to eat loved everything about my visit today

You won't see me back at this Burger King or probably any other Burger King I went through the drive-thru and order a sausage egg and cheese croissant and a hash brown the total came out to 10.57 no drink or anything personally I think that is overpriced I can't go restaurant for that price

Avoid this place. Ice machine had no ice, when asked about it they said go to the gas station side of the store to get ice. Some of the drinks where out. Food took almost 30 mins to get. When we did get our food fries barely filled the tiny container and they were also cold. The prices are ridiculous high for fast food. Cashier was nice that is the only thing I can say positive about this place.
