This place was so clean and friendly. I really appreciate those things since it seems to be a dying thing to be able to eat fast food at a clean and friendly place. The food was fresh and hot. Thank you to the crew. I really enjoyed my meal and pineapple sundae, too.

Asked them to drop our food fresh and we don’t mind waiting caught an attitude and said they drop everything fresh we get to the window they make me wait like 5 mins hands out my food I told them it wasn’t fresh they got mad and said well give us our food back very disrespectful if we’re telling you that our food isn’t fresh and we asked for it to be dropped fresh

I got charged for someone’s else’s food and still haven’t received a refund . I saw them swipe my card 2 times why is it so hard for you to do the honest thing and just refund the-money back to my card. When I say run around for a week now smh it’s sad. I spend a lot of money here and it should have never taken a week to refund me $7 for something that was done on your end.

went to dairy queen in reidsville this past week with my girlfriend and in her chicken tender box was a piece of toast with a massive bite in it, the chewed remains were also spit back in the box. We were nothing but nice to the employees and did nothing to elicit such behavior. We will never be returning.

Would get a zero star if possible. Front counter service was rude. When I ordered the meal deal which I have ordered numerous times before at dinner time I was told it is only for lunch. Tables were nasty even though the place was empty. I strongly suggest to stay away from this place!!!

My go stop in Reidsville on my drive from Athens to Brunswick. Perfect location for lunch break, restroom stop, and short walk to stretch the legs. Of course the large chocolate milkshake provides the right amount of energy to finish the trip.

Dairy Queen in general has pricing that is so high it would be better to eat at Ruby Tuesday, etc. it's fast food so these prices are ridiculous. As far as this particular facility, it's okay. Not good not bad.
