Chicken sandwich was inedible. Bun was stale, chicken was so hard and stringy couldn't bite it. On top of that the staff were rude. Would not recommend this one.

EVERY 👏 single 👏time I order food from this specific location only, they mess up my order. Got a McCrispy and they gave me a spicy, and didn’t get to notice until I’m 10 minutes away from there. I get every once in a while, but it’s no joke every order I make here.

I’ve had repeated issues with the service from one particular team member at this location. The attitude at the window has been consistently negative, I believe customer service should be approached with a friendly and professional demeanor. But I guess that’s why she is at McDonalds.

Hey, it's McD's! About the same service and polite atmosphere of all McD's... Stopped on the road trip. Restrooms were clean. We placed our orders and received reasonably warm food in a reasonable amount of time. Sure beats the average Hardee's or Wendy's...ha

Most of the workers give the impression that they either don't like you or seem bothered that they have to serve you.
Went here as a last minute dinner decision since I left work late. I used the self serve kiosk to order my food. I did receive assistance since I could not find what I was trying to order. Overall experience and wait time was great however there was a man in there that kept constantly asking for a ride even after I stated no and others had stated no as well.
I had the BEST experience getting breakfast at the location this morning! Both the ladies on the drive thru box, the first window and the pickup window were just SO PLEASANT! They were so friendly and kind with the most positive attitudes! This especially stands out coming behind the devastation from hurricane Helene and new upcoming fears from the currently brewing hurricane Milton. I absolutely LOVED their smiles and sweet demeanor first thing this morning. It really set the precedence for the rest of the day! Thank you so much, ladies and staff at the Reidsville McDonald's!! 5 stars for me!

I’ve had several bad experiences with McDonald so I don’t even know why I expect anything different. Bad attitudes, customer service is next to nonexistent. But today me and my kids walk in and the dinning room is full of employees on phones and doing whatever they’re doing. We walk to the cash register to place our order the manager looks over us and askes one of the many employees sitting in the dining room are they on break she replys she’s tired manager says nothing still doesn’t greet us. So we just walked out they really need to shut down and start over it’s Ridiculous
