Walked into order, and there was a guy sitting by the front door in a folding chair, smoking a cigarette he asked me was I picking up? I said no I’m here to order. He said give me a few I’m smoking.So I walk in and wait and wait and wait he finally comes in. He’s the manager according to his name tag you can’t tell his spelling it started with a D.I give him my order. He can’t work the touchscreen. This is the manager!!!!!Yes, I should’ve stopped there but I ordered it when I came back to pick it up. We were missing one pizza. They did make it right, but he said it was because he was working in the back.I guess he forgot he was the one out smoking when I had to make an order

I do not understand the people working at this location. The place changes employees and management more than any place I've ever seen, and the service is slow, and frankly, deplorable. I understand the "rush" i also understand customer service quite well, it's my job as well, but if we make mistakes, we own up to them and make it right, it's simple. We don't throw an attitude as the customer has just totally put you out and ruined your day. We are paying for a service and if that service is under par and mistakes are mad, they should be corrected and then the world keeps turning, if the customer has been kind and respectful, there is no reason to treat them badly. But if I'm paying $50 for 4 items of food, I'm not just going to let it go when i am missing half of my order! Slow down and read the orders as they come through, double check yourself if you need to, and when the mistakes are made, we don't run to the farthest back point of the store and hide for 30 minutes while the customer is left standing up front alone, having not been spoken to, due to a mistake that the people employed there have made. I don't know if you were hoping we would just go away or what, but for one, that compromises the safety of your store and the things inside of it as well, leaving the register and entire front unattended while you walk out back to do whatever it was that you were doing. So now we have two items of hot and ready food and two items cold due to the extremely long wait we had to endure in order to get the rest of our order.

On 11/18/2022, I pre-order my lunch by phone at Reidsville Pizza Hut. The lady told me 15 minutes and the amount. I went to pick it up an the door was locked. I noticed an employee inside and knocked several times but she never made eye contact. My job is about 10 miles away. Gas is too expensive for these games. Let's just say Dairy Queen saved the day.
The pizza was ok just a little pricey. I can get less expensive pizza other places in town that are just as good or better. It use to be the only place I bought pizza from.
