If I could give no star I would .this review is for mom because she has no way of putting one up.so here goes .. last night my mom purchased two subs and one pizza and was over charged they charged her 40 dollars. Then to top it she had to throw them away because on her cold cut the meat was brown with a tangy taste indicating that it was old meat, the bread crumbled in my hands, the veggies was soggy , it was bad real bad. She has tried calling since they opened this morn and either they pick the phone up and lay it down or they don't answer at all.this store needs help with people who know what they are doing .not just the sandwich makers but all the way. Maybe this will get someone's attention and they will give her a call.but as for now my mom or our family and friends will no longer eat at our local subway, we will go to claxton or Vidalia.

Was in Reidsville for training and due to a change in eating habits had ro find something subtle for lifestyle change. I opted for the turkey bacon avocado wrap, and it was delicious đ The customer service was great, as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant

Ordered online and I didn't realize the store has a grade C I didn't even bother I didn't eat the sub money wasted .. check grade before you order!!!! Got rid of sub

I went to order 3 footlongs when I was paying I gave the short young girl with glasses a 100 dollar bill she asked me if I had anything smaller than that. Remind you it was in the afternoon around 5. I told her no I donât. Then she told me in a rudely way that next time I come there to make sure that I had smaller bills. When I told her that this wasnât my order that I was paying for someone else she smarted off again saying well Iâm just telling you cause we may not have change

Friday February 7 th @ 9:45 pm went to the store for supper, I work night shift at the nursing home, the girl was cleaning up and I guess I disturbed her so she threw the broom down and said âwelcome to Subwayâ while rolling her eyes and with an attitude! I politely walked out got in my car and went to McDonalds! Very bad customer service!!

Donât try to order double meat online. I tried to get double on my salad and I maybe had 3 pieces of rotisserie chicken in the whole thing. I tried several times to call the store but no one would answer. Thanks for nothing.
Left because the only person working was outside smoking ? I waited for a few and she never came in or acknowledge the fact a customer was in the store

They never made any tea. It was 11:30 am and when ask about tea, they said they hadn't made any. Supervisor isn't much of a supervisor.
