Do not come here. Everything about this place sucks. They ignore you, full of bad attitudes, customer service is horrible and you will be waiting a long time. Every experience here has been horrible. They lose all the good workers.

The food is not good anymore. I used to get the peppered bacon. It was overcooked, burnt and tough to chew the last two times I ordered here. The workers as of late have been pleasant. The service is usually quick. However, sometimes they pull up an unusual amount of cars to wait for their order. The coffee is good 👍🏽

Very RUDE & Evil Looking woman that took my money, for my purchase about 20 minutes ago. I asked her if she hated her job, and I suggested that she quit, so that someone else who’s pleasant could have that job. My Day was going well until I was made to feel like I wish I had gone to a different location. The worker’s face was A huge disappointment. I’ll drive further away from now on., Sadly.

Terrible customer service!! I understand being short staffed and having issues arise but refusing to acknowledge or service in the lobby due to the driveway being busy reflects the poor customer service at this location!

The store hours are until 6 pm and I walked in at 5:35. The employee is leaning against the counter with his behind against it looking at a tablet. He informs me that the inside is closed and that I will have to go through the drive thru. I said I am already inside and the hours list the store hours as open until 6. He talks over me in a calm voice repeating that the inside is closed and I will have to use the drive thru. He said the door should have been locked and I suggested that he come lock it the. He was not at all apologetic and very poor customer service. We’ve come before at 5:45 and been served. Not sure what point he was trying to prove but do not recommend that Dunkin at all.

My daughter's visit this particular Dunkin often for coffee and donut munchies. I use to like the breakfast sandwich. However it has become hit or miss. Some days they are made okay, others they are toasted to long (burnt) or not prepared right by appearance.
