With the North Henry location you never know what your going to get but if you go in the evening when the Mother and Son is working you ALWAYS get so much kindness, friendliness family conversations smiles from the beginning of the sale to the end of the sale. I love them him and his mama are great loving people. Thanks family 🙌👏🥰💯🙏❣️

I love this place, I came with my family, and I did enjoy my coffee and avocado toast. Very clean place, good customer service. Nice people. I recommend this place for all the family ,because also they have Baskin Robbins in the same building!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have to throw my food away. The hash browns were old gray and half done. The sandwich had a really awful stale taste. I got really sick feeling after one bite of the sandwich so I immediately threw it away and spit out the one bite. The donuts were old and hard. I felt embarrassed taking them to work for my co-workers. I will NEVER go to that one again.

Only gave it 2 stars, because there is about 2 good workers out of 6-7 that work there.

I go this location often, and about 70 percent of the time there is a problem.

I ordered a breakfast wrap that was $2.19. They said they ran out of tortillas. They couldn’t put it on bread, because it costs more. That’s fine. INSTEAD the guy offered me 3 donuts instead. I said I’m fine I’d rather just have my money back. He had an attitude.

3 donuts cost 4.77. Instead of just giving my wrap on bread (because it costs more) he offered 3 donuts instead that COSTED EVEN MORE. No common sense. Why have an attitude, because I don’t want donuts in replace of a breakfast wrap with eggs and meat??

The manager’s attitude is the worst. Thats exactly why the regular employees don’t know how to act.

There are only two employees with good customer service. The male with dreads and light eyes. And another lady, I’ll catch her name and update this review.

Please don’t let them mess up your order. They will have an attitude with you!!!

Costumer service sucks to the 10th degree! I ordered food for mobile pick up. My food was cold and when I requested a resolve, it took them 15 min to make my food over. After my food wa finished being prepared, the cook was rude when passing me my food. The cook was tall and dark skinned. A tall dark skinned lady with black, thick rimmed glasses was rude af too. I won’t be returning.

The guy Monty on the drive thru is AMAZING! From the greeting at the speaker to the window! I look forward to seeing him and knowing I will have a wonderful start to my day! He has the best service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin! PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 5 star employee

I needed a reasonably empty (2-4pm) place with wifi to work, and this fit the bill. Nice people, and my sandwich and latte were yummy.

They deserve no stars! Went through the drive through and was told to wait one moment. We waited 10 min. Said hello twice and didn't hear anyone through the speaker. Decided to leave and as we went around the corner noticed the lights had been turned off! They had closed. I'm use to goin to other dunkin location so I didn't know this place closes early. But I looked on maps after and it says they close at 6pm. We got there at 7:30! Why didnt the person just say they were closed already!! The person who did that did it to be mean. Will not be goin back!

Terrible customer service. I’ve been here over 50 times. The guy with dreads/light eyes and another lady are the only ones with customer service.
