This was my first time visiting this establishment. It was on a Saturday, 11 minutes after the scheduled time they were supposed to open (or Google and the store hours posted on the door). They said they were going to be opening at 12:30pm that day and apologized for the delay.
Shortly after sitting in my car patiently, a nice woman came to my car, thanked me for waiting, and took my order. She was very very pleasant. I ordered the spicy shrimp Rasta pasta, and the veggie plate. The pasta was delicious. My family & I were disappointed with the veggie plate and plantains. That plate left a lot to be desired. But the service was good and she gave me a drink for each meal, for the delay.
I would definitely return for the pasta and service.

1 Pro: the food is tasty, so good, that’s the only reason you’d go back.
5 Cons: 1. You can call an order in, they will tell you about 20-40 minutes, you can get there and it STILL won’t be ready 2. The prices increase every day, and they don’t even take time to create a new menu (referring to image attached) 3. Sometimes the person taking orders is very sweet and sometimes she’s a real mean lady. 4. They are always “out of” normals, depending on the time they have no plantains, no shrimp, no chicken if you have a late lunch 5. I’ve watched them run to the grocery store as I waited on my order, just as bad as the bartender running to the liquor store as I order a drink. With those prices, they need to be more prepared and set the bar higher.
Oh bonus con: it’s no where to sit to eat or stand to wait, so go back and sit in your car.

Used to eat here all the times until today. Food was different cook...chicken was boiled not grilled. Very salty and not eatable. Called and inform them about what happened to my food. The cook said chicken was grilled but not it's white and wet and it was boiled.
