My rating is solely based on the food I did not dine in ordered delivery. First I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, banana pudding & Mac and cheese. Such a waste of money! The Philly cheesesteak was clearly steakumms, that fake frozen meat you find at the store, with frozen precut veggies. Seasoning was minimal. The cheese had no flavor definitely wasn’t white American or provolone which normally comes on a cheesesteak, seems as if they used some sort of processed cheese. The fries where oily and soggy. Lastly the $7 macaroni is a joke at least if y’all are going to serve boxed macaroni dress it up. I could look at it and tell but the taste and lack of actual cheese definitely gave it away. Oh and the banana pudding it was hot so if that’s your cup of tea go for it definitely not worth $8 though very little containers. Looked nothing like the picture. After not trying this restaurant and being skeptical I finally did & ???I should’ve just kept my money. So now I’m telling y’all so you can keep yours too. Folks in these reviews lying because my whole meal 0 out of 10.

They really want to take their time and know that you enjoyed your food. I watched this restaurant transform over the couple of years, and they definitely deserve a 5 star. The couple running the business puts in long hrs. , and owns a tattoo parlor in the same plaza. If you like good drinks, food, and atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Eat here.

This place is a whole vibe. Very nice decor. The music was not too loud. The service was great. I went on a Friday late night, and the kitchen was about to close for the night. I was told up front that they were out of a lot of appetizers. So I settled with fried green tomatoes and 3 chicken tacos ? After ten minutes, the server came and told me they were out of tops for the tacos. The ower did come to the table to see if she could get me something else. She was really trying to be accommodating. My partner had the chicken and waffle ? The waffle had to me made with batter from heaven. It was so fluffy and golden and sweet it didn't need butter or syrup. Now, the chicken is a different story. Unfortunately, it tasted like it was fried in 3 day old grease no seasoning at all. I would most definitely return and recommend.
Parking: 5 doors down by the tattoo shop. They own that as well.

If they opened at the time they say it would be great. Came here for a family outing Friday 8/30 around 6:45 & they weren’t even open yet. Super disappointed bc I was looking fwd to the pineapple bowl. So disappointed that I made the bowl on my own lastnight & to my surprise, was super easy for my 1st time making it the family was satisfied. Oh yea since they operate on CPT we went 5 minutes up the road to the Daiquiri place.

Took my grandma here after a long day.. we had an amazing time! We ordered a couple of cocktails that were great tasting and strong. We also ordered the honey bourbon chicken and the pineapple bowl.. both were delicious! Amazing customer service. The chef even came out to check on us as well. The restaurant was definitely a vibe. It was also a plus that this is a black owned restaurant! We will be returning.

Never noticed the place but my family and I cannot wait to return for more! The atmosphere was bomb and had the sweetest employees. There were so many good options but I had the Lobster pasta and Shrimp (Spring) Rolls and truly enjoyed both! Can’t wait to get more of those shrimp rolls… don’t walk, run!??
