Ordered through the app. Paid for extra meat and didn’t get extra. Asked for my sub to be toasted and it was cold. This store has been slipping lately. I won’t be going back to this subway.

How is everytime the 699FL app only promo occurs, all of our subway locations are out of the ham salami or anything to get promo. When go to location, I see the meats to make sandwich and yet the franchise does nothing to accomodate. Also DO NOT PLACE ORDER THROUGH APP THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SAY CALL WEBSITE as nothing is advertised no online orders. 🤔

Terrible, I ask for tuna sandwich almost they give to me spray of tuna, sorry I rejected that, this Is not what I used to get from subway, so if you want to eat the protein with spray go there!!!

It sits inside of a gas station, so the atmosphere is what it is. I think they can do better in wrapping the sandwiches. the last 3 times I've been her the person making the sandwiches half wrap them and they are falling apart by the time I get home. It's an easy fix.

Always out of something and never has a consistent closing time. We had stopped going here for a while because they can never figure out when they were going to close and they were always skimpy with their sandwiches. For example once they were out of roast beef for the subway club that I had paid for online and refuse to sub another meat for the missing roast beef and just told me oh well. Went in tonight and had ordered a Subway melt and they literally gave me one slice of ham one slice of turkey and maybe two strips of bacon per each 6 inch half. Was barely toasted cuz the cheese wasn't even melted and the bottom of the bread was so hard I could have built a front porch with it. Also said that they didn't have any Italian herb bread ready that It had to cool for 30 minutes after baking and said they could give me white which was fine however no one contacted me to ask if this was fine. When I mentioned that she was like oh I was about to text you except the sandwiches were already made. Should have stuck to my gut thinking that this place definitely has not changed none since 6 months ago and I was absolutely correct.

Try the new Outlaw footlong!! Yummy ? Closed for renovations! Can’t wait to see what they look like when they reopen the store.

Horrible customer service, especially after 4. The employees seem aggravated that they have to help you. They rather be on their phones then making your sandwich. Not a single employee is there to help.

Tried ordering online. That was the worst thing I could do. How could you get a whole order wrong and everything literally everything is word for word on the receipt . Not only was all 5 sandwiches incorrect all the Italian herb and chess’s bread was hard as a rock . I will not do services with this location ever again.

Please save yourself and don’t go here. Terrible staff, tried to close up at 8:30pm on Friday when I placed an online order with a pickup time of 8:40pm. Finally got our poorly made sandwiches at 9:00pm with some of the order missing.
You know how you can just tell some people hate their jobs? Well that's how the gentleman was this morning around 11:15AM 04/11/25. I cheerfully walked in the gas station greeting the young man behind the Subway counter preparing what looked like a pick up order. He never even looked up to acknowledge me once. It looked like he was the only one there. He kept his head down but asked if I was picking up. I replied no and he replied then give me a minute. I said no problem let me know when you're ready. I grabbed a bag of chips and stood in position against the wall adjacent to the prep line. A few minutes went by and I'm checking my Google maps because I had to be at work. I said let me set a timer for 5 minutes and if he doesn't say anything to me by then I'll say something. My timer went off and HE WALKED OFF!!! Lol starving and in disbelief I put the bag of chips back and left. I'm here at work now still hungry lol my hAnger is what prompted me to leave this review. Word of advice kids, if you can't find joy or passion in what you do, find something else to do and stop punishing the rest of us. I despise bad customer service because who's forcing you to be there?! He went to the back and I stayed long enough to see another customer come and go and take pictures. I barely made it to work on time but I still don't have anything for lunch 😩
