they take entirely too long to serve their customers! it should not take close to an hour to serve food and y’all are barely busy!!!! Had i not got up to check on the status of my order they would’ve never given it to me…..and then to make matters worse….i had to request cooked cheese for my hashbrowns.

I came into this location after a night out and it’s safe to say my experience was exceptional. my server, Salem was super helpful on any questions i had and even went as far as to strike up amazing conversation with our group. If you’re looking for good food and great service this is it. unfortunately they do not offer dine in late at night and I usually find myself at ihop but i’m glad the night went the way it did considering it was 3 in the morning and hanging outside talking to Salem was worthwhile. I will be returning for sure not just for the food but for Salem !

I went to the restaurant on Highway 42 at exactly 6:30 AM. August 25, 2024 I have been trying to get breakfast for the past two hours. They had totally shut down the online order and then when I finally get up and go to the restaurant, they states the grill is down for cleaning refuse take any orders. This is not the first time. My son had went there hour before to try to get breakfast and they stated the same thing. How long do it take to clean a grill? This is ridiculous a whole 2 to 3 hours. I have tried to get an early morning 6 AM breakfast and they claim that the grill is down I asked for a bowl of grits. They were not even give me a bowl of grits. Staff is rude. The cook refused to give any food. He was sweeping the floor at that time that don’t look like cleaning the grill to me. Why have a waffle house that you cannot get breakfast. This is ridiculous.

I'm giving three stars prior to receiving my meal, but I frequent this waffle house and every time this so called waitress Shonda is here she has an attitude. Every time! She's upset today because I requested clean menus, but if you can see the food and dirt on the menu when you hand it to the patron why not just clean it first. Someone else also had to tel her to clean the bar in front of me; that's where it all started. She's so in her feelings that the supervisor and cook had to take my order. I'm surprised she hasn't been reported before, but i believe i will today.

Seems like a good idea.
Ordered the All Star breakfast, and it was on point. Seems to me Waffle House finds the best cooks.
Definitely will be coming back.
