By far this is the worst service I've ever experienced at this location unit #2160. I was served by very rude staff members. Young lady who served me never made I contact but gave me several directions as far as where to sit and demand I pay first before she even processed my order.
I had to ask her if the nieghbood is that rough. It looks like the whole staff is in some job program, I won't even waste my time speaking to a manager.

Everything was great! The food came out fast and hot and the waitresses, Steph, and Kelsey were wonderful all of the staff were!! It's been quite some years since dining at a Waffle House, everything was Gr8t!

Kelsey was amazing from the time we were seated to the time we received our food we had amazing service from her. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Beware, Beware....
They are Rude, nasty and have bad customer service. They act as if they can't hear you and then turn around and say you didn't order what you say you are missing. This location is a joke and the two people working there should be fired or retrainned on how to do their jobs. They arenalso very unprofessional and unsanitary. Not changing gloves and coming from outside to inside and not changing gloves. This is why they have a bad health score reputation. Id give Negative stars if I could

This is one of the WORST waffle houses I have been to. I understand that I place kinda a huge order and my fault for giving them the benefit of doubt by not checking my order before I left. But..... the lady who took my order has horrible customer service. Stated that I didnt order the stuff they forgot and had me repay for the stuff they forgot. ALSO, said no onions on one of my sandwiches and they still put them on there. Its for a person who is allergic to onions. They had a bad adittude cause I was placing a big to go order. Then to top it off when I went back to get said forgotten items the cook was outside smoking a cigarette and went back inside and didnt wash his hands and started to make food, very unsanitary and horrible practices. I will be calling to Health Department and Waffle house coprate number in the morning.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!
From the moment I saw Kelsey going above and beyondāreturning a forgotten phone to a customer in the parking lotāI knew I was in good hands. Her kindness and professionalism continued throughout my visit. Not only did she offer warm, attentive service, but she also helped carry my food to my car without hesitation, recognizing my limited mobility. She held the door, ensured I was comfortable, and safely placed my order in my carāall with genuine care and no rush. Kelsey turned an ordinary visit into an extraordinary experience. It was truly a privilege to be her customer!

Highly upset at the customer service. Thursday night with heavy rainfall and besides having to order outside in the rain, while giving my order the cook proceeds to ask ādo you really want to eat in the rain. ā I then asked if he didnāt want to cook my food Iāll go elsewhere. He said he didnāt mind. Which I would hope he didnāt seeing that he is employed as a cook. Iām not sure how the reason would affect him being inside but Iām baffled. So after finishing my order the waitress told me my order was $14.87. I handed her a $50 she said she didnāt have change. If your estrangement canāt give out $35 you shouldnāt be in business. Thanks for the awful experience. Never to return to that location again

This place is horrible customer service! Iām sitting down for at least 10-15 min and the place is not even busy at all! No one is asking for anything, this place is really need to practice how to customer service!
