Stopped by this McDonald's around 5:40 AM because they advertise opening at 5:00 AM. Sat at the drive-thru speaker for several minutes, but no one greeted me or took my order. I waited patiently, but it was completely silent. This seems to be a pattern because this this has happened numerous times for me. If you're not ready to serve customers at the advertised opening time, change your hours! Very disappointing experience!

Worst customer service ever and the meal was dripping in sauce, this McDonald's was my favorite in the area but not anymore and it took forever to get said food

If the ice cream machine is broken why is there never just a simple sign? A 25 minute wait to find out plus another 5 minute wait for the refund is just not necessary. Just put up a sign. Not even that upset about the McFlurry, just the wasted time.

Line was to the door and only 1 cashier taking orders. Waited 10mins but didn't place order cause waiting for meal would have been another 30mins. Not fast food today,

Cold service, fast preparation, could be cleaner
During the time of visit on an early Sunday morning, the drive-thru was unavailable, and the personal service indoors was not very friendly. The floor inside was extremely slick, and we noticed an employee refilling the ice dispenser with potentially unclean ice. The ice sat atop the portion of the machine where dust and grime could collect. The food ordered from the kiosk was delivered quite quickly, though.
Parking: Parking alongside and around a shared gas station.

Possibly the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been in. Service was beyond slow. Order was horribly incorrect. When I asked for what I was missing I had to wait another 20m for two BURNED hash browns and shriveled up scrambled eggs. Instead of sausage we were given dried up hamburger patties with onions on them. The Orange juice tasted like mildly orange flavored water. Biscuit tasted like it was fresh from the microwave. A huge waste of $23. Initial receipt for my larger order was kept by store when I told them what was missing so I couldn’t even leave a proper review on the order. Total time in store waiting for food: 35minutes. Bathrooms were soo foul I left and went to neighboring gas station. Will never return to this location in Riceboro again.

This place suck. My bun was hard on my fish filet. I asked for lettuce and tomato and they did not add it but charged me for it. Seriously disappointed.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen…. And they just didn’t care. Service? What service….customer respect…what a joke. Obviously no manager.
