This McDonald's surprised me. It seemed understaffed. Orders were backed up. The manager was making the effort to provide good service while training employees. The restaurant was very clean but the restrooms needed service.

Food was great, staff was friendly, quick and efficient. My daughter asked for a specific toy and they were great about trying to find that one for her. If it was very busy I wouldn't have even asked but I am thankful they took the time for us! Thank you!

This place is a train wreck. I started by placing my order at the kiosk. The kiosks were out of receipt paper and I needed a receipt for work. Trying to get someone’s attention to fix this was like pulling teeth and everyone looked pissed off and had attitude. I got my order before I was able to get anyone’s attention and they just threw it on the counter and didn’t interact with me at all. When I got the order, I went to get my sweet tea at the self serve station and they were completely out. I tried to get someone’s attention to fix it and I was completely ignored for 5 minutes before I gave up and got a coke. Once I sat down I realized they did not give me my sauce. I sat at the counter for several minutes before having to aggressively get someone’s attention. They then only gave me one bbq sauce when the nuggets come with two so I ended up asking again for one later.

I have low expectations for McDonalds, but I’m not joking when I say this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The entire dining room was disgusting, trash on tables and everything is in disarray.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Slow service with one kiosk open. The workers were all in their own world and the iced coffee was more like iced milk. They don’t even have straws anywhere so you have to ask for one. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.
