Customer service is terrible. Not a friendly environment at all. It always smells weird my sandwich is always made wrong when the lady makes it. Bread is always over toasted and hard and sandwiches are always made slowly and hen she makes them.

I got there at 9:45 AM today. The sign on the door says they opened up at 9 am, but they had it close the door was lock. Then a employee saw me and walk in the back and ignore me. Very poor service.

The whole supply chain excuse is old.... How can you constantly be out of half the menu? No bacon, no avocado, soda cooler only has coke, out of most varieties of chips...That's either poor management or someone is walking out with all the inventory. Possibly both, either way Subway has it on the menu there should be some available for customers.Very disappointing.My advice to anyone reading this post (find another sandwich shop!)
