Attempts to address issues by phone result in the owner yelling and abruptly ending the conversation. This behavior appears to be ingrained from the top down, as employees often mirror their leaders. While the food quality may be excellent, the crucial elements of customer service and friendliness ultimately define a successful establishment.
They have best food ! Truly amazing ! The place is a little loud but worth it for the delicious food and service.
We go to 108 Ale House pretty regularly. I know restaurants are short staffed, so we are patient. In all the years we have been going, prior to yesterday, I never experienced a rude server. I ordered the same burger as my friend, cooked medium. While hers was perfect, mine was significantly underdone. I know what “medium” is. I very quietly, very nicely sent it back.
